Dopo aver soggiornato qui, non posso che pensare che i signori fossero da un'altra parte! Camera pulitissima, personale gentile e cortese. La colazione è in camera oppure al bar. Purtroppo con il covid si sono dovuti adeguare alle nuove norme. Ma posso assicurare che non manca nulla. Posizione ottima e tranquilla. Tutto perfetto. Continuate così! Fantastic! I had read a review that called it "horrible" and was worried. After staying here, I can't help but think the gentlemen were somewhere else! Spotless room, friendly and courteous staff. Breakfast is in the room or at the bar. Unfortunately, with the covid they had to adapt to the new rules. But I can assure you that nothing is missing. Great and quiet location. All perfect. Keep it up!

La struttura è pulitissima, accogliente, luminosa e ben arredata. Le camere sono colorate e molto belle. La proprietaria è simpatica e gentile, oltretutto davvero disponibile. Il terrazzo poi permette di fare colazione al sole. Un posto in cui tornare di sicuro, ottima base per visitare la Capitale. Splendid guest house a stone's throw from San Pietro and above the A Baldo degli Ubaldi metro stop. The structure is spotless, welcoming, bright and well furnished. The rooms are colorful and very beautiful. The owner is nice and kind, plus really helpful. The terrace then allows you to have breakfast in the sun. A place to come back for sure, an excellent base for visiting the capital.

La camera n. 3 è comodissima anche per una famiglia di 4 persone, bagno con doccia, macchinetta del caffè e minifrigo in camera. Pulizia eccellente, molto luminoso. Estremamente apprezzato il microonde nell'area condivisa (peraltro luminosissima e con terrazza)ci siamo potuti scaldare alcune pietanze prese per i bambini. torneremo senz'altro qui ogni volta che verremo a Roma. La posizione è strategica e tranquilla. Excellent location, extremely friendly welcome and maximum availability. The room n. 3 is also very comfortable for a family of 4, bathroom with shower, coffee maker and mini fridge in the room. Excellent cleaning, very bright. Extremely appreciated the microwave in the shared area (also very bright and with a terrace) we were able to heat some dishes taken for the children. we will definitely come back here every time we come to Rome. The location is strategic and quiet.

La notte si dorme bene, non ci sono rumori fastidiosi. Lo consiglio senza problemi. Courtesy and availability and cleanliness, everything you can look for when traveling to a new place, they knew how to find the times for my entry needs and the cleanliness of all the rooms is excellent. At night you sleep well, there are no annoying noises. I recommend it without problems.
w	wira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis venue avec mon conjoint du 3 au 7 août 2021 et on a adoré ! Propriétaire gentille et bienveillante ! Toujours là pour nous aider! On a eu un soucis de porte elle est venue en 30 min chrono ! La chambres était propre et nous faisait sentir comme à la maison ! Pas très loin du métro, bons endroits pour stationner le scooter ou voiture ! Pas mal de supérettes aux abords! On reviendra ! I came with my partner from August 3 to 7, 2021 and we loved it! Kind and caring owner! Always there to help us! We had a problem with the door, it came in 30 minutes flat! The rooms were clean and made us feel right at home! Not very far from the metro, good places to park the scooter or car! Quite a few mini-markets around! We will come back!

Nonostante non fosse compresa la colazione ci hanno fatto trovare il caffè per la mattina. Consiglio. Great location and well equipped area. Very nice room equipped with everything you need and very clean. Although breakfast was not included, they did find coffee for the morning. Advice.
