R	Romina Perlini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi ho passato due notti e mi sono trovata benissimo. La camera carina e luminosa, pulita così come il bagno. Ottima la posizione ben collegata al centro dai mezzi pubblici. La propietaria è stata gentile e disponibile. Vi tornerei. I spent two nights there and had a great time. The nice and bright room, clean as well as the bathroom. Excellent location well connected to the center by public transport. The owner was kind and helpful. I would go back.
A	Anna Pacini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato x due notti,con noi la proprietaria è stata molto maleducata e arrogante al telefono prima di arrivare,Poi arrivati li nel b&b si è un pochino ripresa(La puzza di immondizia dimenticata c'ha dato il benvenuto)...la camera era a dir poco sporca capelli e polvere ovunque,tanto che ho preso un asciugamano e ho pulito per terra,ho avuto forti dubbi anche sulla biancheria tendente al giallo. Le uniche cose positive sono che c'è la metro a pochi metri e che questa struttura si trovi a Roma . My husband and I stayed x two nights, with us the owner was very rude and arrogant on the phone before arriving, Then arrived there in the b & b she recovered a little (The smell of forgotten garbage welcomed us) ... the room was a to say the least dirty hair and dust everywhere, so much so that I took a towel and cleaned the floor, I had strong doubts even on the yellowish linen. The only positive things are that there is the metro a few meters away and that this property is located in Rome.

I was recommended this B&B as I was meeting up with two friends in Rome and they were staying at a B&B only 50 metres away and as this was my first time in Rome, it was important for me to be staying close to my friends. My driver delivered me to this address but when he made contact by phone with the owner, Sonia, he was told to take me to another B&B. I was driven to another part of Rome and dropped at a B&B I was unfamiliar with and it was certainly not the B&B I had booked and paid for. I was confused and a little apprehensive as I didn't know where I was or how far away from my friends I was situated. Apparently there was some problem with Sonia's B&B but at no time did Sonia make contact with me to explain the situation. I paid an extra $25.00 to send a telegraphic transfer from New Zealand to prepay for my accommodation at B&B Living as I wanted to be certain that the accommodation would be secured. This was not the case. Feeling very disappointed and let down by Sonia.
C	Caros Bücher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is very convenient, directly at one of the exits of the metro and there are several places to eat or have a coffee close to the B&B. The Breakfast though is either just crackers in the shared kitchen or an espresso and cornetto in the small bistro across the street. The room was small but sufficient and clean.
S	Sabrina Solvay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible conceited host. The host wasn't there when we arrived. That is not the problem but she was very conceited. We called her and after 20 minutes she comes to the accommodation. The street from the B&B is very loud, it's impossible to sleep with a open window. But the worst was the bell in the middle of the night. Everybody could ring the bell in the front of the building and all the guests are hearing the noise. It's really annoying when you want to sleep and in the middle of the night the bell is ringing sturm because a guest is coming and the host isn't there. Never again I would book this accommodation. By the way, the breakfast isn't in the B&B. You will get a coupon for a coffee shop.
L	Lorenzo Caldera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location next to the metro stop, but the classic room is very little without table top to place the stuff. Maybe was the period but the price was very high for the service received. Parking is very difficult in thia area and is not included.
