Io ed il mio compagno eravamo alla ricerca di una casetta carina e abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di innamorarci proprio di un appartamento di questa ""Agenzia"". Partendo dal presupposto che già dai primi tentativi di fissare un appuntamento ci furono dei problemi - o meglio, gli appuntamenti venivano pure prefissati, ma ci siamo ritrovati ad aspettare sotto l'immobile per DUE ore ed inutilmente dato che non vedemmo la casa. Capiamo che un imprevisto possa accadere, ma è successo ben due volte; Appuntamenti posticipati, chiavi irreperibili, totalmente scarsa professionalità nei confronti nel cliente. Quando finalmente riuscimmo ad accedere nell'immobile abbiamo ricevuto scarsissime informazioni e risposte alle nostre domande da parte di un agente che pareva totalmente disinteressato a noi. Ci fu anche detto e sottolineato che qualora ci fossero stati altri interessati alla casa saremmo stati avvisati telefonicamente così da poter prendere una decisione ultima. - Il risultato di tanta pazienza? L'appartamento dei miei sogni è stato affittato da altri e sono venuta a saperlo per puro caso. Nessuna telefonata o avvertimento di qualsiasi tipo. Delusione totale. A star because it can't be worse. My partner and I were looking for a nice little house and we had the misfortune to fall in love with an apartment of this "" Agency "". Starting from the assumption that from the first attempts to make an appointment there were problems - or better, appointments were also fixed, but we found ourselves waiting under the building for TWO hours and to no avail since we didn't see the house. We understand that something unexpected can happen, but it has happened twice; Postponed appointments, untraceable keys, totally lack of professionalism towards the client. When we finally managed to access the building we received very little information and answers to our questions from an agent who seemed totally uninterested in us. We were also told and emphasized that if there had been others interested in the house we would have been advised by telephone so that we could make a final decision. - The result of so much patience? My dream apartment was rented by others and I came to know it by pure chance. No phone calls or warnings of any kind. Total disappointment.

Non è stata fatta alcuna presentazione dell'immobile. Poca professionalità ed empatia. At the meeting the agent did not even identify himself, the only words he said were in response to our questions about the apartment. No presentation of the property was made. Little professionalism and empathy.

La mia è stata una esperienza breve ma con grande soddisfazione in quanto ho trovato subito la casa dei miei sogni in una villetta in ottime condizioni ed arredata totalmente. Un grande grazie alla Domus immobiliare che mi ha presentato il proprietario ed abbiamo firmato il contratto in soli tre giorni Owner and competent staff of great help in choosing the apartment that suits my needs. Mine was a short experience but with great satisfaction as I immediately found the house of my dreams in a villa in excellent condition and fully furnished.
