Tutto questo d'inverno, morendo di freddo, prendendo apposta un giorno dal lavoro perché LORO POTEVANO SOLO A QUELL'ORA.

I arrive on site, after 1 hour by bus, I don't find anyone and I call the agency.
The answer is: "ah man, I forgot to confirm the appointment."
All this in the winter, dying of cold, purposely taking a day off work because THEY COULD ONLY AT THAT TIME.
