★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura abbastanza ben tenuta, cibo buono, quando ci sono andato scattava troppe volte l’allarme di emergenza in piena notte... speriamo lo abbiamo riparato.
Well-maintained facility, good food, when I went there the emergency alarm went off too many times in the middle of the night ... hopefully we fixed it.

Al centro di nocera umbra, abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni sereni e rilassanti, in ambienti confortevoli e curati. Stanze ampie e ben arredate, ambienti comuni comodi e organizzati. Zona pasti esterna molto apprezzata. Chi gestisce è attenta e disponibile, nonostante i grandi numeri di presenze e le difficoltà legate al covid. Sicuramente da ritornare!!
Very nice structure, comfortable and clean rooms, excellent cuisine, friendly and attentive staff.
In the center of nocera umbra, we spent 5 peaceful and relaxing days, in comfortable and well-kept environments. Spacious and well furnished rooms, comfortable and organized common areas. Popular outdoor dining area. Those who manage are attentive and helpful, despite the large numbers of visitors and the difficulties associated with covid. Definitely to come back !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negativa, assenza di etica turistica e serietà nel tenere fede agli impegni, una stella è troppa. Esperienza da dimenticare. Voglio pensare che non ne sia responsabile l'operatrice con la quale ci siamo rapportati.
Negative, lack of tourist ethics and seriousness in keeping faith with commitments, one star is too many. Experience to forget. I want to think that the operator with whom we have dealt with is not responsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono attualmente ospite nella struttura per un convegno. 3 giorni e tre notti in pensione completa. Sono un medico ho 59 anni. Perché devo stare in una struttura fredda umida con i termosifoni spenti nei corridoi e quasi sempre spenti nella stanza? L 26 novembre??? Personale sgarbato indifferente al mio malessere. Mi si chiede ad adattarmi. Di accettare il fatto di trovarmi in un convento.....quindi pur avendo pagato..pur usufruendo di un servizio alberghiero a pagamento...devo adattarmi..al freddo e alla maleducazione del personale???. Mai più
I am currently a guest in the structure for a conference. 3 days and three nights full board. I am a doctor I am 59 years old. Why do I have to stay in a cold damp facility with the radiators turned off in the corridors and almost always turned off in the room? L 26 November ??? Rude staff indifferent to my discomfort. I am asked to adapt. To accept the fact that I am in a convent ..... so despite having paid ... while taking advantage of a paid hotel service ... I have to adapt ... to the cold and the rudeness of the staff ???. Never again
