Ottima varietΓ di prodotti in scatola e secchi (o comunque facilmente conservabili) e preparati per chi vuole provare a cimentarsi nella cucina giapponese anche molto basic. Spero abbia mercato, cresca e abbia modo di avere un angolo freschi che vada oltre il solito miso. Per me che per rifornirmi arrivo al kathai di Milano Γ© una validissima alternativa!
Just did an exploratory tour. Excellent variety of canned and dry products (or in any case easily storable) and prepared for those who want to try their hand at even very basic Japanese cuisine. I hope to have a market, grow and have a fresh angle that goes beyond the usual miso. For me, to supply me with arrival at the kathai in Milan is a very valid alternative!
