★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sta mattina sono passata da un sportello all'altro per varie necessità e mi sono trovata d'avani delle signore molto gentili e cortesi. La cosa che mi è dispiaciuta è quella di vedere delle persone anzianche che fatticavano a stare in piedi per aspettare il loro turno perché ci sono poche sedie. Lo spazio è quel che è però qualche sedia in più ci si potrebbe aggiungere.
This morning I went from one door to another for various needs and found myself with very nice and courteous ladies. The thing I regret is to see the people who anzianche fatticavano stand to wait their turn for there are few chairs. The space is what it is, however, a few more chairs you might add.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Classica scena all'italiana dove 20 minuti prima dell'orario di chiusura, ti si presenta davanti l'impiegata rigorosamente già in tenuta da "salgo in macchina e scappo perché ho finito il turno" e alla richiesta "scusi avrei una domanda" la risposta è "ora non posso sto andando via"...allucinante! Senza considerare gli appuntamenti mancati, due settimane per prenderne un altro e l'inadeguatezza di un impiegata (spero roprio non siano tutti così) che, dopo avermi fatto perdere tempo ad attendere una chiamata che mi avrebbe fornito un appuntamento (anche questo allucinante...una settimana per una chiamata che sarebbe servita ad avere un appuntamento dopo un altra settimana) mi risponde che,dopo una controllata sommaria, non trova il mio contatto e quindi se magari posso passare dopo altri 7 giorni....ma io dico...ma come diavolo si fa a far perdere un mese per un fottutissimo appuntamento!!!!!!!! Complimenti, degni della peggior barzelletta sull'Italia che non funziona.
The classic Italian scene where 20 minutes before closing time, the clerk appears to be in front of you, already tightly held by "I get in the car and run because I have finished the shift" and at the request "excuse me I have a question" answer is "now I can't go away" ... hallucinating! Without considering the missed appointments, two weeks to take another one and the inadequacy of an employee (I hope they are not all like that) that, after making me waste time waiting for a call that would have provided me with an appointment (this hallucinating too ... .a week for a call that would have served to have an appointment after another week) he replies that, after a summary check, he does not find my contact and so if maybe I can go after another 7 days .... but I say. ..but how the hell do you lose a month for a fucking appointment !!!!!!!! Congratulations, worthy of the worst joke about Italy that doesn't work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È vergognoso da più di due settimane sto aspettando nel mio appartamento acqua e gas! Dopo aver fatto richiesta on line per ben tre volte...nulla. Costretta ad andare in un b&b. E praticamente solo al terzo richiamo mi hanno dato il protocollo per l'acqua.
È vergognoso! Qualcuno dovrà prendere provvedimenti seri!
It is shameful for more than two weeks I have been waiting in my apartment for water and gas! After applying online three times ... nothing. Forced to go to a b & b. And practically only on the third call did they give me the water protocol.
It is shameful! Someone will have to take serious action!

In questi anni me le hanno fatte tutte, anche non rendermi soldi dovuti.
Non ultima stanno cercando di farmi pagare iva su consumi mai avvenuti e minacciano di staccare la fornitura nonostante abbia pagato il consumo
Effettivo. Lasciamo perdere il call dove 1 su 2 non sa nemmeno come si chiama..
A whole Trentine shame.
In recent years they have done them all to me, even if they did not pay me due money.
Last but not least, they are trying to make me pay VAT on consumption that has never occurred and are threatening to disconnect the supply despite having paid for the consumption.
Actual. Let's forget the call where 1 out of 2 doesn't even know what it's called ..
