Everything was wonderful
The room was warm ( even too warm...) and comfortable
The food was delicious and coffee was great
The spa and the warm pool ware good
The WiFi was strong everywhere
But the main reason to comeback to the savoy hotel is the staff
Everyone were helpful and trying to do there best , make your holiday special
flexibility and kindness that is goes without saying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing hotel in an amazing town. The staff was super friendly and accommodate all our requests and needs. It is close to the slopes and easy to move around. Amazing ski room, swimming pool and spa. Will defiantly return next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Savoy is a 3rd generation family-run resort hotel that is lovely in every respect: accommodations, facilities (sauna, steam room, hot tub, indoor pool, exercise room), location (across the street from the Piz La Ila gondola), dining (the half-board option is terrific), attention to detail, ambience but above all the staff (front desk, maid service, bar and dining room, spa services)! The owners, Andreina and Jaco Granruaz and their nephew, Marco, could not have been more obliging... and then we both suffered freak skiing accidents and they really went above and beyond to accomodate our reduced mobility. We look forward so much to returning, hopefully a little earlier in the ski season. (We visited the last week in March 2022.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional hotel, very good dinner choices and over all restaurant services. The breakfast buffet is rather basic, it could suffer some improvements.
The reception is absolutely helpful, all the services provided are of high quality and guest-friendly: ski deposit, car garage, etc.The proximity to ski gondolas is a major plus. I really recommend it!
