★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ciao a tutti, io sono una cliente abituale di Dog, porto sempre il mio cane (padrone) Leone di razza fantasia della veneranda età di 15 anni, a fare una tolettatura completa. I risultati sono veramente ottimi. Da quando lo porto li, circa 5 anni, Leone è migliorato molto. Prima aveva dei grossi problemi di pelle, ora non più. Ora che è anziano , è diventato incontinente, è quindi ha bisogno di maggior pulizia. In inverno lo porto una volta al mese, mentre quando inizia a fare caldo anche ogni 3 settimane. Il giovamento è notevole. Tu porti il cane, loro lo lavano ,puliscono le orecchie, tagliano le unghie, il pelo e usano dei prodotti veramente delicati. Trattano il tuo compagno veramente molto bene. Lo lasci all'orario stabilito e lo riprendi dopo circa due ore. Veramente bravi.
Prima portavo Leone in un altro posto, il cane , quando sono andata a prenderlo era molto agitato. Il giorno dopo l'ho portato dal veterinario perché supponevo avesse preso le zecche, invece aveva una dermatite da paura.
Da Dog Cuture non è mai capitato.

Since I took it there, about 5 years, Leo has improved a lot. First he had big skin problems, now not anymore. Now that he is old, he has become incontinent, so he needs more cleaning. In winter I bring it once a month, while when it starts to get hot even every 3 weeks. Benefit is remarkable. You bring the dog, they wash it, they clean the ears, they cut the nails, the hair and they use some really delicate products. They treat your partner really very well. Leave it at the scheduled time and return it after about two hours. Really good.
Before I took Leone to another place, the dog, when I went to get him, was very agitated. The next day I took him to the vet because I assumed he had ticks, but he had a dermatitis of fear.
From Dog Cuture it never happened.

Purtroppo il mio cane è uno di quelli che si fa sentire.. piange a non finire in fase di toelettatura... ma è tutto normale... non c'è niente da fare, è a dir poco abituato ma nulla... sempre la solita storia... e niente va bene così... e me lo accettano comunque...
Il titolare mi diceva proprio ieri che purtroppo ci sono persone che da fuori sentono piangere i cani e pensano sempre male... che li torturano o quant'altro... non so che dire pure io... purtroppo c'è gente strana... che dovrebbero proprio pensare ai loro problemi... e non alla gente che fa un lavoro massacrante...
I've been going to Dog Couture for years. Very kind and professional to say the least ... Unfortunately my dog is one of those who makes himself heard .. he cries endlessly during the grooming phase ... but it's all normal ... there is nothing to do, it is to say the least accustomed but nothing ... always the same story ... and nothing is okay ... and they accept me anyway ...
The owner told me just yesterday that unfortunately there are people who hear dogs cry from the outside and always think badly ... who torture them or whatever ... I don't know what to say too ... unfortunately there are strange people ... that they should really think about their problems ... and not about the people doing a grueling job ...

Ero già andato più volte e non mi aveva mai fatto cenno di niente, tranne quando, l’ultima volta mi ha rifiutato il cane poiché ingestibile e molto agitato. Si spera che un vero professionista abbia gli attrezzi giusti (museruola ecc) ma va bene comunque. Non do colpe su questo, ne sono a conoscenza che sia difficile. In ogni caso c’è modo e modo per potersi relazionare con il cliente e farlo venire a conoscenza del problema. Trovo da parte sua molta poca professionalità e poca voglia di lavorare.
Faccio un esempio: si lamenta del cane a cui dà fastidio l’asciugatore, classificandolo come “Cane che fa arrabbiare”.
Non lo consiglio a nessuno.
