I recommend this toilet to anyone with a dog. Rosangela and her husband are very professional and attentive; easy-going and nice people, with whom a friendship has also been established!

e’ stata del tutto negativa.
Ho trovato in questa toelettatura per animali domestici scortesia, poca accoglienza e prezzi esageratamente alti.
80 euro per pulire un cane di piccola taglia e uno di media, mi sembra veramente eccessivo, anche se UNO dei due cagnolino e’ in muta e ha semplicemente più pelo da spazzolare e togliere.
In più la titolare (che mi aveva garantito un appuntamento chiedendomi solo di chiamarla il giorno dopo perché non aveva sotto mano l’agenda nel momento in cui l’ho chiamata) mi ha letteralmente dato buca con molta indifferenza la mattina successiva quando l’ho richiamata.
Sconsigliatissimo.

I found rudeness, poor reception and overly high prices in this pet grooming facility.
80 euros to clean a small dog and a medium one, it seems to me really excessive, even if ONE of the two dogs is in a suit and simply has more hair to brush and take off.
In addition, the owner (who had guaranteed me an appointment asking me only to call her the next day because she didn't have the agenda at hand when I called her) literally pissed me off the next morning when I got her recalled.
Sconsigliatissimo.
