Si mangia bene, si beve meglio, ci sono spesso eventi interessanti e il tutto condito da una piacevole atmosfera casalinga e amichevole!!! But do you want to taste the best craft beer you've ever tried? And then you want to taste the dishes of a real English pub combined with the goodness of Livorno cuisine? Then go to Doctor B! You eat well, you drink better, there are often interesting events and all seasoned with a pleasant, homely and friendly atmosphere !!!

Birra Home-made più birre ospiti a rotazione, hamburger con pane artigianale. Più buona musica e staff gentilissimo. Tutto delizioso :) I tried this place in "beta" phase (they still have to do the inauguration) and I can say I'm really happy! Home-made beer plus guest beers on rotation, hamburger with artisan bread. More good music and very kind staff. All delicious :)

Sono capitata per sbaglio in questo pub con un mio amico, e ho provato due birre che erano buonissime! Ho assaggiato la loro panna cotta freschissima e alla fine il conto era giusto ed onesto. Se dovrò ritornare in zona Livorno, non mancherò di passare ancora una sera qui per provare altre nuove birre e i loro hamburger. Complimenti! A really very nice and very welcoming place where I met three guys; Laura la Francesca and a very nice waiter and available to all my requests. I accidentally happened to this pub with a friend of mine, and I tried two beers that were delicious! I tasted their fresh panna cotta and in the end the bill was fair and honest. If I have to return to the Livorno area, I will not miss to spend another evening here to try other new beers and their burgers. Compliments!

Molto buone le birre, tutte con nomi palindromi, prodotte dalla Mastro Birraia Francesca, che predilige le basse fernetazioni di ispirazione tedesca (Schwarz Bier, Pils, Bock HellerBock), con qualche incursione nel mondo anglosassone (unabuona Golden Ale). A rotazione viene proposta anche qualche referenza artigianale italiana, ospite alla spina. Dalla cucina piatti semplici bene eseguiti, con buona materia prima. Prezzi decisamente onesti. Un ottimo indirizzo a Livorno. Brew Pub opened at the beginning of 2020, in the heart of Livorno, with an open system. The beers are very good, all with palindrome names, produced by Mastro Birraia Francesca, who prefers low German-inspired fernetations (Schwarz Bier, Pils, Bock HellerBock), with some forays into the Anglo-Saxon world (unabuona Golden Ale). In rotation, some Italian artisan references are also offered, guests on tap. From the kitchen simple dishes well executed, with good raw materials. Definitely fair prices. An excellent address in Livorno.

Uno spettacolo! Le polpettine olandesi? Una droga... Una tira l'altra. Locale spaziosissimo e giovane... E poi, particolare che a me è piaciuto un sacco, la vetrata dietro al bancone con vista sui fermentatori in produzione... Gli stessi da cui spillano le birre da loro prodotte. Le ragazze sanno il fatto loro!! Da tornarci! All great! From homemade burgers for every palate (carnivores, vegetarians and vegs) to their own beers. The shank with potatoes then ... A show! The Dutch meatballs? One drug ... One leads to another. Very spacious and young place ... And then, a detail that I liked a lot, the glass window behind the counter overlooking the fermenters in production ... The same ones from which they draw the beers they produce. The girls know their stuff !! To go back!

Un po penalizzato dalla strada di periferia, ha a suo vantaggio un personale gentile e professionale che ti spiega tutto sulle birre che producono proprio lì e anche come abbinarle... Ci torneremo... Fra l altro i bagni, puliti e forniti di tutto punto, cosa non da poco!!! ?Venerdì musica dal vivo... Insomma consigliato!! Very nice pub, where you can drink excellent craft beers ...
