S	Sydbar Sydbar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stasera mi sento fortunato, si perché ho avuto il piacere di accomodarmi in un locale che sembra piccolo (3 tavoli) e chiamarlo enoteca sarebbe riduttivo. All'interno è come essere nel paese delle meraviglie accompagnati dal cappellaio matto. In questo caso il cappellaio si chiama Biagio che con sua moglie ci accompagnano in una magnifica esperienza enogastronomica. Prodotti tipici del territorio presidio slow food, vini del territorio e non, distillati sia artigianali che di assoluta qualità. Il punto forte del locale i due gestori, marito e moglie due persone ancora genuine, pensare che la signora si è commossa ai nostri complimenti sui piatti. Vi ritroverete ospiti dei proprietari, proprio come se foste a casa loro. Cibo fantastico, accoglienza unica, vini ottimi e tanti, ma tantissimi prodotti a km zero di qualità eccellente. Consigliatissimo!!! Really enchanting place, forget the classic restaurant or the classic wine bar, here you live a unique experience. La vicinanza con le altre persone che mangiavano lì ci ha permesso di fare conoscenza con i nostri vicini e addirittura scambiarci i contatti per ritrovarci, cosa che abbiamo fatto. Atmosfera davvero amichevole, cibo squisito, proprietari deliziosi sotto ogni aspetto. Prezzo OTTIMO. Alla fine abbiamo anche comprato alcuni dei loro prodotti in quanto il ristorante in realtà è anche un negozio che vende vini locali e prodotti tipici. Se andate a Maratea, prenotate qui assolutamente. Ultra consigliato! Local with 4 tables. Small .. but special. E' un'enoteca per modo di dire, le bottiglie sono sparse senza un senso logico, quasi impossibile accedere per la mole di scatoloni e caos che si riscontra nel luogo, che non supererebbe nessun controllo preposto per l'apertura di un locale pubblico. L'oste, un signore corpulento, ci chiede il green pass e lo verifica anche, il tutto senza mascherina (che non metterà per l'intera serata), apparecchiatura quasi retrò, le stoviglie e i bicchieri vengono presi da una credenza vecchia e polverosa (il mio bicchiere dell'acqua era sporco). Si paga addirittura il coperto per questo scempio. 3 tavoli da 2, una cucina in un luogo adiacente, menu davvero ridicolo (3 piatti in croce). prendiamo l'insalata di pomodori più cara della storia del sud Italia (7 euro). 2 primi (uno quasi immangiabile con molliche di pane raffermo e alici che non c'erano). 1 bottiglia di spumante locale da 10 euro (l'unica nota buona della serata). Per quanto mangiato prezzo totale altissimo, soprattutto per l'ambiente, che penso violasse ogni norma, anche quella più elementare, tra quelle igienico-sanitarie. Non capisco le recensioni positive, forse riguardavano un altro locale, di certo non si puà confondere la sciatteria con il fatto di "sentirsi come a casa", sono 2 cose totalmente diverse. I don't understand the positive reviews, maybe they were about another place, certainly you can't confuse sloppiness with the fact of "feeling at home", they are 2 totally different things.

Noi abbiamo provato un tagliere di salumi che è risultato piuttosto vario (ottimi i formaggi con marmellata e molto buone le melanzane sott'olio e i funghi). Ciambotta veramente ottima, ravioloni "artigianali" e una bella (e buona) fresella con pomodori. Il tutto, con una brocca di vino bianco. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Riguardo ai prezzi, direi più che onesti! Sicuramente da ritornare.. Very small place (wine shop) with 3 or 4 tables. The atmosphere, however, is very special.
