Per carità, non si discute la qualità costruttiva dei divani, ma questi ultimi sono spesso privi di alcune comodità quale chaise longue o recliner... E poi il negozio non è molto ampio... Il punto vendita non risponde più alle chiamate da quando ho fatto notare il grave disguido che poteva essere prevenuto invece di scoprirlo per caso quando ho chiamato per sollecitare la consegna. Assistenza ed attenzione al cliente pessima. Non so come fare adesso a contattarli. Tra l'altro divano già pagato tutto per intero. Mai più. Sofa not yet delivered 3 months after purchase. The store no longer responds to calls since I pointed out the serious misunderstanding that could have been prevented instead of discovering it by accident when I called to request delivery. Assistance and attention to the bad customer. I don't know how to contact them now. Among other things, the sofa has already been paid for in full. Never again.

Personale disponibile e professionale. Lo consiglio vivamente. Sofas that surround you even in relaxation mode. Compared to the competition the prices are much cheaper and the material is at the top. Dopo 16 anni, a malincuore, sto cambiando il mio divano in pelle dove praticamente ci ho "vissuto sopra": ci ho studiato, dormito, ci ho mangiato, ci sale sopra e ci dorme anche il mio cane. Ed è ancora bellissimo. La pelle, dopo tutti questi anni (e dopo l'usura) si è mantenuta praticamente intatta. Perfino il colore (il mio divano è rosso scuro) è rimasto inalterato nel tempo. Sto acquistando un nuovo divano adesso, per rinnovare un po' l'aspetto del mio soggiorno, ed è ancora un divano Natuzzi, ovviamente! Serious and professional people. Beautiful sofas that last over time. After 16 years, reluctantly, I'm changing my leather sofa where I practically "lived on it": I studied, slept, ate, climbed on it and my dog sleeps too. And it's still beautiful. The leather, after all these years (and after wear) has remained practically intact. Even the color (my sofa is dark red) has remained unchanged over time. I'm buying a new sofa now, to make my living room look a bit new, and it's still a Natuzzi sofa, of course!
