Consigliatissimo. Sofa arrived yesterday, punctual, precise and really beautiful… well made .. I state that I have seen other sofas in the area but I found myself really well with them. Highly recommended.
I	Isabella Castellucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un’esperienza devastante…per nessun motivo al mondo ricomprerei un divano presso la Divani Design e né consiglierei l’acquisto. A fine luglio scorso, ho firmato il contratto di compravendita (ATTENZIONE: un contratto che non prevede il DIRITTO di recesso) di un divano in pelle, accuratamente scelto in show-room. A metà novembre, mi è stato consegnato un divano NON corrispondente alle caratteristiche scelte (più piccolo e mal rifinito) pertanto è stato respinto. Dopo qualche giorno, mi è stato recapitato un divano cortesia (unica nota positiva di tutta questa vicenda e per la quale ringrazio Marsida) e solo a metà dicembre mi è stato consegnato il divano, tempestivamente saldato . Un divano che avrebbe dovuto riportare le stesse ed identiche caratteristiche del divano presente in show-room (utilizzato come uno specchietto per le allodole) ad eccezione dei meccanismi relax di cui ho fatto a meno…e invece??? Una pessima riproduzione del divano originale (bruttissima copia), di scarsissima qualità e manifattura, un divano che non avrei MAI scelto, un vero flop!! Profondamente delusa e a tratti anche offesa, chiudo definitivamente la mia negativissima esperienza con la Divani Design. A devastating experience ... for no reason in the world would I buy a sofa again at Divani Design and nor would I recommend a purchase. At the end of last July, I signed the purchase agreement (ATTENTION: a contract that does not provide for the RIGHT of withdrawal) for a leather sofa, carefully chosen in the showroom. In mid-November, I was given a sofa NOT corresponding to the chosen characteristics (smaller and poorly finished) therefore it was rejected. After a few days, a courtesy sofa was delivered to me (the only positive note of this whole affair and for which I thank Marsida) and only in mid-December was the sofa delivered to me, promptly paid for. A sofa that should have had the same and identical characteristics of the sofa present in the showroom (used as a lark mirror) with the exception of the relaxation mechanisms that I did without… and instead ??? A very bad reproduction of the original sofa (very bad copy), of very poor quality and manufacture, a sofa that I would NEVER have chosen, a real flop !! Deeply disappointed and at times even offended, I definitively close my very negative experience with Divani Design.

S	Stefano Merigo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato a Crema il divano modello Palmas e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sia per la qualità che per la comodità :) Una menzione particolare va a Marsida, molto gentile, simpatica e competente: ci ha aiutato in tutto e per tutto, tant’è che siamo entrati con un’idea e siamo usciti con tutt’altro! C’è stato solo un piccolo inconveniente con il colore dei piedini, ma è stato prontamente risolto. Competenti e affidabili anche i due ragazzi che consegnano il divano. Insomma… 5 stelle meritate! Consigliato :) We bought the Palmas sofa in Crema and we were very satisfied with both the quality and the comfort :) A special mention goes to Marsida, very kind, nice and competent: she helped us in all respects, so much so that we came in with an idea and we went out with something else! There was only a small problem with the color of the feet, but it was promptly resolved. The two guys who deliver the sofa are also competent and reliable. In short… you deserve 5 stars! Recommended :)

Per l'acquisto della nuova casa di mio fratello ho ben pensato di regalarle un divano da lui scelto presso quest'azienda, ricorderanno bene il mio nome è la premura che ho avuto a saldare con largo anticipo in divano che già inizialmente hanno messo 3 mesi a consegnare invece del mese da loro dichiarato. Ma la delusione è stata dopo l'arrivo, dopo 2 mesi si notavano i piedi di appoggio cedere, quando ben si guarda ci accorgiamo che i piedi predisposti per 4 Viti di fissaggio ne avevano ancorate solo 2 e l'altra parte dei piedi stavano a sbalzo quindi indebolendosi collassavano con il peso del divano stesso. Chiamata assistenza che vengono dopo pochi giorni ad eseguire la "riparazione" in garanzia.... E bene si, montano altri 4 piedi che non hanno a che fare con il longarone a telaio per il fissaggio dei piedi, manomettendo per giunta la struttura (bucata con trapano per forzare il fissaggio di un supporto non compatibile) Ci accorgiamo della malefatta a richiamiamo l'assistenza che ci comunicava che per un errore di costruzione il divano andava riparato in fabbrica risolvendo definitivamente il difetto della componentistica errata. L'attesa era di 20 gg a suo dire, ho chiesto un divano sostitutivo ma niente. Va beh aspettiamo.... Ad oggi è più di un mese ed il divano non è ancora a casa e parlano di ancora 20 gg di attesa. Serietà pari a zero e prodotti poco affidabili... Sono belli da vedere, ma qualità scadente. Evitare! Evidente improvvisazione nel campo! Bad experience .... Bad build quality. Call for assistance who come after a few days to carry out the "repair" under warranty .... And yes, another 4 feet are mounted that do not have to do with the frame spar for fixing the feet, tampering with the structure ( hole with a drill to force the fixing of an incompatible support) We realize the wrongdoing and we call the assistance who informed us that due to a construction error the sofa had to be repaired in the factory, definitively solving the defect of the wrong components. The wait was 20 days according to him, I asked for a replacement sofa but nothing. Okay let's wait .... To date it is more than a month and the sofa is not yet at home and they talk about another 20 days of waiting. Zero seriousness and unreliable products ... They are beautiful to look at, but poor quality. To avoid! Evident improvisation in the field!
