La prima volta ho fatto una sfumatura del colore in cui sono molto molto brave e la seconda il taglio. Su Instagram potrete trovare i loro capolavori, molto utili anche per prendere spunto! Non ha nemmeno provato a recuperare l’errore fatto o meglio alla mia delusione nel notare che non era stato eseguito il taglio richiesto oltre ad ignorare la differenza tra la piega “onde” e “boccoli” . Mi domando solo se la titolare dell’attività sia consapevole del danno che può recare il comportamento svogliato, arrogante e poco competente anche di una sola dipendente in mezzo a tante. L’educazione, la gentilezza, l’empatia e non ultima la competenza sono alla base di qualsiasi attività specie se si ha a che fare con un centro parrucchiera/estetica in quanto il rapporto con i clienti è tutto. Mi spiace perché con Annalisa, Simona (taglio e colore che ho fatto in precedenza) e con le estetiste (manicure) mi sono trovata molto bene. In particolare, l'ultima volta mi è stato applicato il tonalizzatore solo sulla parte superiore dei capelli (nonostante avessi specificato di voler uniformare il colore, avendo punte sbiadite da precedenti colorazioni) mentre il taglio.. praticamente non è stato fatto... Il prezzo è competitivo ma onestamente preferisco spendere di più ma almeno vedere una differenza tra prima e dopo. Credo che alcune dipendenti siano competenti, ma purtroppo non tutte..
