★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia moglie ha acquistato lo zaino scolastico con ruote, per mio figlio. presso questo negozio. Egli l'ha usato esattamente per circa 12 giorni. Dopo la maniglia che sale e scende si è bloccata e NON è più SCESA . Ho riportato lo zaino al negozio il commesso mi ha detto che in poco tempo avrei avuto il cambio. Ad oggi 20 dicembre non ho più saputo nulla. Sono andato più volte di persona e altre ancora, ho telefonato, le commesse mi hanno sempre detto di attendere pochi giorni e sarebbe arrivato. Ancora oggi 20 dicembre NON ho avuto notizie e attendo il cambio dello zaino. SE CONTINUA COSI', MIO FIGLIO TERMINERA' L'ANNO SCOLASTICO. PER ORA USA IL VECCHIO ZAINO.
SI VA A FARE ACQUISTI, NEI NEGOZI DI ""MARCA"" , MA CI SI TROVA PEGGIO CHE COMPRARE NEI DISCOUNT, DOVE IL CAMBIO SAREBBE STATO IMMEDIATO O AVREBBERO RESTITUITO IL DENARO.
My wife bought the wheeled school backpack for my son. at this shop. He has been using it for exactly about 12 days. After the handle that goes up and down it got stuck and it is NO LONGER DOWN. I took the backpack back to the shop and the clerk told me that in a short time I would have the change. As of today, December 20, I have not heard anything more. I went several times in person and more, I phoned, the shop assistants always told me to wait a few days and he would arrive. Even today 20 December I have NOT had any news and I am waiting for the change of the backpack. IF YOU CONTINUE THIS, MY SON WILL END THE SCHOOL YEAR. USE YOUR OLD BACKPACK FOR NOW.
YOU GO TO PURCHASE IN "" BRAND "" STORES, BUT YOU FIND WORSE THAN BUYING IN DISCOUNTS, WHERE THE CHANGE WOULD BE IMMEDIATE OR THE MONEY RETURNED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rivolgo un consiglio spassionato a chi vuole comprare un prodotto in questa cartoleria: occhio ai prezzi esposti in vetrina perché non corrispondono a quelli di vendita ( e non per pochi spiccioli). A giudicare da altre recensioni simili, sembra che sia una tattica collaudata...... veramente deludente. Non credo di ritornarci
I address dispassionate advice to those who want to buy a product in this stationery: watch out for the prices displayed in the window because they do not correspond to the sales prices (and not for a few pennies). Judging by other similar reviews, it appears to be a tried and tested tactic ...... truly disappointing. I don't think I'll go back
