Prendono subito la scusa della regola dei 15 giorni quindi anche se ho ricevuto una cosa al posto di quello che volevo il problema è solo mio!!! se potessi darei 0 stelle nemmeno 1.
Hanno pure tolto la sezione recensioni su facebook dove avevo spiegato tutto....
They do not take responsibility for the goods they send even if clearly the case does not correspond to the content. They immediately take the excuse of the 15 day rule so even if I received something instead of what I wanted the problem is mine alone !!! if i could i would give 0 stars not even 1.
They also removed the reviews section on facebook where I explained everything ....

Nessuna disponibilità di venirmi incontro per la sostituzione perchè superati 15 giorni, peccato che essendo agosto tutti andiamo in ferie, infatti proprio una decina di giorni li ho dovuti aspettare in attesa che riaprissero loro.
Receipt of goods not compliant with the order placed. Purchased curtain 160x270 receipt curtain 140x250 for other of different color. No willingness to come to meet me for the replacement because after 15 days, too bad that being August we all go on vacation, in fact just about ten days I had to wait for them to reopen them.
