Li contatto all'istante inquanto sono il centro assistenza qui a Napoli e la loro risposta è stata vaga e diffidente, pervenuta chiedendo soldi su un prodotto che avrei avuto avere sin dall'acquisto. DA li si capisce quanto siete piccoli e come sia meglio acquistare on line.
Morale della favola il mio venditore mi farà sapere..... hahahahahahaha
Acquistate on line prodotti se volete garanzie serie e non volete perdere tempo in chiacchiere
We bought a new hob and with money in hand, we were missing a piece of four coins inside the box. I contact them instantly as they are the assistance center here in Naples and their response was vague and suspicious, arriving asking for money on a product that I would have had since the purchase. FROM there we understand how small you are and how it is better to buy online.
Moral of the story my salesman will let me know ..... hahahahahahaha
Buy products online if you want serious guarantees and don't want to waste time chatting

Abbiamo chiamato per avvisarli e ci hanno detto di ritornare per cambiare la cartuccia risultata anche questa sbagliata.
Per tanto la chiediamo di inviarvi a vostre spese la cartuccia originale per questo rubinetto.

With the photo sent previously and having confirmed the availability, we went to the store to buy a cartridge for a fountain, which turned out to be incorrect when assembled. We called to let them know and they told us to come back to change the cartridge which was also wrong.
We therefore ask you to send the original cartridge for this tap at your expense.
