★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel cuore di Bologna frutta e verdura fresche dell'orto. Zucchine sode e croccanti sia da mangiare crude in insalata come si fa in Toscana sia trifolate e soprattutto non "fanno acqua", quindi perfette. Le insalate sono fresche e gli asparagi ,compresi quelli bianchi, eccellenti.
Che dire : provare per credere. Meglio un po' meno,ma di qualità.
 In the heart of Bologna fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden. Firm and crunchy courgettes to be eaten raw in salads as is done in Tuscany and sautéed and above all they do not "make water", therefore perfect. The salads are fresh and the asparagus, including the white ones, excellent.
What to say: seeing is believing. Better a little less, but of quality.
