In sala d'attesa non c'è nessuna indicazione, il personale non ha la minima idea di ciò che debba fare e son buoni soltanto a far saltare la fila ai loro amichetti. ROBA DA CHIAMARE I CARABINIERI! Sono 2 mesi che mi alzo presto, che perdo la mezza giornata di lavoro e poi... mi chiudono perché è giunta l'ora e non hanno sbrigato manco il 30% del pubblico. 2 mesi di avanti e indietro per 1 tessera sanitaria. Mi sono arresa. La gente nervosa e agitata che si arrabbia sempre per i miei stessi motivi.Assurdo veramente. Inqualificabili Personale tuttooooo da rivedere dentro e fuori. Bad service ... Un servizio così tanto utile e necessario da gestire in celerità ha tempi biblici, sembra aspettare il decesso dei pazienti per poi sveltire le pratiche... Ditemi se normale. Vuoi parlare con qualcuno e ti aggrediscono non hai nemmeno il diritto di conoscere i loro nomi, manco fossero INNOMINABILI... Perché al sud tutto funziona così tanto male, paghiamo le tasse anche noi, SPERO DAVVERO CHE CHI DI DOVERE LEGGA QUALCOSA NON È UN CASO CHE LE RECENSIONI SIANO TUTTE NEGATIVE. Personale che urla e non si sa rivolgere,ineducati e senza rispetto, nei confronti di anziani, extracomunitari e addirittura donne in gravidanza. Come si può far continuare a lavorare certa gente nonostante diversi reclami! Ci vorrebbe un bel controllo e una bella ripulita. From the reviews it can be seen that anyone is dissatisfied with the staff operating at this facility. Staff who scream and do not know how to address, uneducated and disrespectful, towards the elderly, immigrants and even pregnant women. How can some people continue to work despite several complaints! It would take a good check and a good clean up.

Non ho mai avuto a che fare con l'istituto quindi non mi permetto di giudicare il resto del personale, ma dopo l'esperienza di oggi, essere stata aggredita da una simpatica signora che lavora li e che non ha avuto il benché minimo rispetto non tanto nei miei confronti, perché ho capito che non ne ha mai per nessuno, ma quanto meno per il mio pancione (e preciso che un pancione di 7 mesi non passa inosservato) Senza rispetto, a urlarmi e farmi piangere, presumendo tra l'altro che il mio pianto fosse solo per attirare attenzione e continuando ad usare un tono sgradevole. Senza educazione, senza professionalità. Mi chiedo come sia possibile che tanta gente sia a casa in cerca di un lavoro e magari con il giusto rispetto che porterebbero. Un feedback qui non servirà a sistemare nulla, ma almeno impariamo a portare rispetto. This star doesn't deserve it either.
