It was a life I wanted to go through. Their spirits excellent and I knew them for a long time. Thanks to the grape harvest and subsequent distillation period, I found it open and the owner kindly accompanied me for a tour of the distillery with an explanation of the places and how they operate. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended a tour of the distillery today hosted by Lorenzo Marolo. He did a great job thoroughly explaining the entire distilling process in English including an actual demonstration of the changing of the pumice in the boiler. He took his time with us and answered any questions. It was a great experience to learn about, taste and purchase the Marolo family grappa.
