Stranamente le macchie sulla stola sono andate via mentre sul vestito sono rimaste. Grande disonesta la signora. Non ve lo consiglio assolutamente.
 The dress for my son's baptism gave it to me late, the day before and as I brought it, all stained and wrinkled. Strangely, the spots on the stole went away while they remained on the dress. Great dishonest lady. I absolutely don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portatato un completo uomo da lavare con macchie di unto, la proprietaria mi aveva assicurato che sarebbero andate via quelle macchie, specificandomi che le macchie di unto andassero via. Mi ha detto di prenderlo il giorno prima della data per cui avevo detto mi servisse. Me lo ha consegnato uguale a come lo avevo portato e mi ha fatto pagare comunque 14€ asserendo che lei i prodotti li aveva utilizzati per smacchiarlo. Ho pagato e ho ringraziato, ma di sicuro non ci andrò più e assolutamente non lo consiglio.
I brought a complete man to wash with grease stains, the owner assured me that those stains would go away, specifying that the grease stains should go away. He told me to take it the day before the date I said I needed it. He gave it to me as I had brought it and still made me pay € 14, claiming that she had used the products to remove stains. I paid and thanked him, but for sure I won't go there anymore and I absolutely don't recommend it.
