Poi nn capisco cosa ha chiesto mio figlio di così particolare.Lei signora ha dato un'idea di come fare il mazzo e noi abbiamo chiesto se si poteva avere 1 rosa blu e mettere all'interno Swarovski , x cui nn capisco cosa ha comprato di particolare era tutto all'interno del suo negozio ,mia cara signora lei nn ha voluto sentire nulla anche se più di una volta ho ripetuto che volevo aiutarla anch'io a sistemarlo, lei tutta furiosa ha preso i 20 euro che mio figlio gli aveva lasciato come acconto e li ha appoggiato sulle mie mani , tutta furiosa lei mi disse che dopo 4 ore di lavoro nn voleva ripararlo più , io e mio figlio le abbiamo detto "signora scusi domani abbiamo il 18esimo compleanno come facciamo senza mazzo ? lei ha risposto " Nn ci posso fare nulla andate dove volete voi ..." x questo io ho dato il mio giudizio. Bad service, incompetent staff, unkind lady. Anyway I also have a business, I have been taught that the customer is always right. Then I don't understand what my son asked for so particular. She gave an idea of how to make the bouquet and we asked if she could have 1 blue rose and put Swarovski inside, for which I don't understand what she bought of particular was all inside her shop, my dear lady she didn't want to hear anything even though more than once I repeated that I wanted to help her too, she furiously took the 20 euros that my son had left him as a down payment and he placed them on my hands, all furious she told me that after 4 hours of work she didn't want to repair it anymore, my son and I said "lady sorry tomorrow we have the 18th birthday how do we do without a deck? she replied" I can't do anything, go where you want ... "I gave my opinion for this.

Cercavo dei fiori finti e secchi per una composizione che non "sfiorisse" e sono stata accontentata. Il negozio tratta molti articoli, oltre a piante e fiori, per qualunque occasione. I commenti negativi non rispecchiano affatto il luogo e l'accoglienza del posto. 5 stelle perché è stato molto difficile trovare ciò che cercavo e qui sono stata accontentata. Tornerò Sophisticated and well-kept atelier, the owner is kind and tasteful. I was looking for fake and dried flowers for a composition that did not "fade" and I was satisfied. The store offers many items, as well as plants and flowers, for any occasion. The negative comments do not reflect at all the place and the welcome of the place. 5 stars because it was very difficult to find what I was looking for and here I was satisfied. I'll be back
