Purtroppo la motorizzazione fa parte di uno dei tanti enti inutili che gravitano sulle (s)palle degli automobilisti.
We need a lot of patience. even more in direct dialogue with operators who are, to say the least, incompetent and rude.

Libretto circolazione mai arrivato e un altro perso nel vostro caos. Chiudete e basta

Un operatore dello sportello (sembra che tutti "lavorino" allo sportello) al telefono mi dice che, per qualsiasi cosa, devo andare li di persona. Non sa dirmi altro che non hanno una mail, non conoscono altre persone a cui far riferimento, che si devono portare la carta igienica da casa e che non vengono fatte pulizie da due mesi. Ragazzi stiamo messi male!
