Una bellissima serata con scorci sul mare e vista a perdita d'occhio sulla costa calabra. Cena con piatti curati dalle mani sapienti dello chef Giovanni. Provare per trascorrere una serata romantica, tranquilla e lontana dal frastuono del traffico e/o dall'affollamento estivo. Consigliato! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente per visitarla meglio.
 Local framed in the medieval village of Savoca, in a rarefied atmosphere, illuminated by the soft and warm light of the street lamps. A beautiful evening with glimpses of the sea and view of the Calabrian coast as far as the eye can see. Dinner with dishes prepared by the expert hands of chef Giovanni. Try to spend a romantic, quiet evening away from the hubbub of traffic and / or summer crowding. Recommended! We will definitely return to visit it better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the morning time, it is a shop for local foods, during the evening it is a restaurant with tables outside.
One of the best restaurants I've ever visited in my life! You will be served by Andreo, it's owner. He is perfectionist in foods.
If you eat something with seafood - it means it was caught the same day. If you eat capers and olives - they are one of the best in whole Italy.
As for the shop - Andreo always help you with the selection. Most of all, he will give you to taste the products. Do not miss brontedolci (local sweets)!
This place is far from being touristy, and the owner doesn't put bright signs like "best foods" or attract people with "special discounts".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accidentally found this place and, boy, how happy I am we did. Wine tasting with local Sicilian cheese and chocolate...it will leave you speechless. After an hour it felt like the owner is our best friend. I think it means a lot. Oh, did I mention that Anthony Bourdain dined there?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the Borgo San Rocco and found this place by accident while walking around before dinner. Decided to have a drink and enjoy the view. Had a friendly and casual chat with Andrea the owner and he invited us to a little wine tasting and sharing some information about the local food. The next evening, we went here for dinner and it was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful setting with the San Nicola church (Godfather 1) and Calabria in the background and relaxed atmosphere. Food and wine were delicious! When you visit Savoca, don't forget to visit this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great terrace bar in an excellent location with spellbinding panoramic views of the church, the sea and Calabria in the far distance. Enjoy a drink/aperitivo here during sunset to be mesmerized.
Andrea, the owner is extremely kind and friendly and strikes a lively conversation with his visitors. We visited this place and loved it. Andrea has the best almond wine of Sicily, the best we ever tasted during our entire Sicilian holiday.
Definitely recommend a visit here when in Savoca ?
