★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace dover dare 1 stella - suggerimento di Google "Assenza di professionalità" azzeccatissimo - dopo le grandi aspettative riposte in questa agenzia. Una perdita di molti mesi di tempo su un immobile che, a nostre spese tramite un altro professionista che abbiamo dovuto pagare di tasca nostra, abbiamo scoperto avere molte e gravissime problematiche. Abbiamo quindi fatto il lavoro che avrebbero dovuto fare loro "scomodandosi" a darci queste fondamentali informazioni solo nel momento in cui sarebbe stato firmato un accordo tra gli interessati ed il proprietario. Ci siamo recati in questa agenzia chiedendo un immobile di facile acquisto e alla fine abbiamo scoperto che ci era stata proposta una soluzione che aveva più problemi che vantaggi.
I regret having to give 1 star - Google's suggestion "Absence of professionalism" fits perfectly - after the high expectations placed in this agency. A waste of many months of time on a property that, at our expense through another professional who we had to pay out of our own pocket, we discovered to have many and very serious problems. We therefore did the job that they should have done by "bothering" to give us this fundamental information only when an agreement was signed between the interested parties and the owner. We went to this agency asking for an easy-to-buy property and in the end we found out that we had been offered a solution that had more problems than advantages.
