Ho comprato ben due prodotto da questa azienda : una sauna e una cabina doccia multifunzionale . La grandezza di un gruppo non lo valuto solo nel prodotto ma soprattutto nel post vendita ... Come tutte le ciambelle non riescono col buco anche le docce e le saune possono avere intoppi ,ma ripeto la grandezza di un gruppo lo valuto nel come risolve una situazione . Ecco che posso affermare che Dimhora è una grande famiglia dal tecnico installatore, al venditore, al responsabile tecnico che non ti lascia mai solo, anzi ti segue ed è presente in tutto il tuo percorso di apprezzamento e conoscenza del prodotto. Thinking about this company I am reminded of an old advert that said "WHERE THERE IS HOME THERE IS A HOME" .... In fact, nothing could be more truthful. I bought two products from this company: a sauna and a multifunctional shower cabin. I do not evaluate the size of a group only in the product but above all in the after-sales ... Ho avuto dei problemi sulla mia vasca idromassaggio e con tempestività sono intervenuti i tecnici e hanno risolto perfettamente il problema. Sottolineo che nonostante sia distante in termini geografici in un paio di giorni si sono organizzati per venire da me è risolvere il tutto.
