★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato a sistemare il mio giradischi Thorens Td 115, un ampli Sansui 317 e le mie Jbl L40. Prezzo corretto, contatti telefonici difficili, tempi piuttosto lunghi. In particolare, restituiti giradischi e ampli, è rimasto un rumore elettrico di massa. Riportati ampli e giradischi, dopo circa 3 settimane rimasti in negozio, il tecnico giovane ha cercato di convincermi che il rumore di fondo fosse normale per un ampli al massimo. Alla mia osservazione fatta tramite SMS che il rumore si sentiva solo sul canale phono, dunque smentendo quanto sostenuto, ho trovato molto scortese che non abbia fornito alcuna risposta. Detto sinceramente, dopo 2.mesi di attesa e il pagamento di 250€ complessivi, avrei gradito un po' di attenzione in più. Il rumore è ancora con me... Tanto si sente solo a volume alto e senza musica... (!) risposta da non dare agli amanti dell'hi fi.
AGGIORNAMENTO 19 Aprile 2021: dopo un mesetto, esposto il problema su facebook, trovo il contatto con un tecnico della zona. Fissa appuntamento per ascoltare l'ampli, confronta con altri, riconosce il ronzio, come sostenevo diverso dal normale fruscio di fondo del selettore phono, sostituisce i condensatori settore phono ed alimentazione (materiale euro 26 manodopera in via amichevole euro 10), ed il "normale rumore che tutti gli amplificatori fanno" è del tutto sparito. Grazie agli appuntamenti specifici, tempo di lavoro giorni 1.
 I took my Thorens Td 115 turntable, a Sansui 317 amp and my Jbl L40s fixed. Correct price, difficult telephone contacts, rather long lead times. In particular, turntable and amp returned, a massive electrical noise remained. Amps and turntables brought back, after about 3 weeks in the shop, the young technician tried to convince me that background noise was normal for a maximum amp. On my SMS observation that the noise could only be heard on the phono channel, therefore denying this, I found it very rude that he did not provide any response. Honestly said, after 2 months of waiting and a total payment of € 250, I would have appreciated a little more attention. The noise is still with me ... So much is heard only at high volume and without music ... (!) Answer not to be given to hi fi lovers.
UPDATE April 19, 2021: after a month or so, having exposed the problem on facebook, I find contact with a technician in the area. Make an appointment to listen to the amp, compare with others, recognize the hum, as I claimed different from the normal background rustle of the phono selector, replace the phono and power sector capacitors (material € 26, labor friendly € 10), and the " normal noise that all amplifiers make "is completely gone. Thanks to specific appointments, working time 1 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercavo un giradischi, per dischi vinile ma, non c'era molta scelta. Per il resto, non sono male, specialmente sulle casse audio hi-fi.
I was looking for a turntable, for vinyl records but, there wasn't much choice. Otherwise, they are not bad, especially on hi-fi speakers.

Il personale molto gentile e competente.Ho portato il mio vecchio impianto hi-fi che necessitava di pulizia per l'ossidazione dovuta al tempo dell'amplificatore e la riparazione del piatto (sostituzione puntina e controllo dei giri al motore) e devo dire che hanno fatto un lavoro più che ottimo, L'impianto ora si sente divinamente e funziona tutto alla perfezione. Il costo giusto e più che dignitoso per tutto il lavoro svolto. Grazie mille. Lo consiglio vivamente.
Very good and professional. The staff were very kind and competent.I brought my old hi-fi system that needed cleaning due to oxidation due to the time of the amplifier and the repair of the platter (needle replacement and engine rpm check) and I must say that they done a more than excellent job, The system now feels divine and everything works perfectly. The right and more than decent cost for all the work done. Thanks so much. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato da poco ampli e diffusori consigliati dal titolare che mi ha fatto sentire subito a mio agio permettendomi di ascoltare l’impianto che poi ho acquistato per circa 1h con tanto di suggerimenti e momenti social devo dire per nulla invadenti anzi.. Prezzo nel complesso corretto ma la nota positiva a mio parere è l’assenza di pressione che ti porta a fare l’acquisto impulsivo. Nota negativa devo dire il parcheggio, essendo una zona parecchio frequentata è difficile trovare posto vicino al negozio. In generale sono rimasto soddisfatto.
Recently purchased amps and speakers recommended by the owner who made me feel immediately at ease allowing me to listen to the system that I then purchased for about 1 hour with lots of suggestions and social moments I must say not at all intrusive indeed .. Price overall correct but the positive note in my opinion is the absence of pressure that leads you to make an impulsive purchase. Negative note I must say the parking, being a very busy area it is difficult to find a place near the shop. Overall I was satisfied.
