Ho avuto modo di essere seguito passo passo dalla visita dell'immobile (ovviamente), fino al rogito (cosa non dovuta). E' stata un'esperienza priva di intoppi, soprattutto grazie a Chiara che, nonostante le titubanze per la prima esperienza di acquisto di una casa, ha saputo fornire tutte le rassicurazioni per concludere il tutto nel migliore dei modi.
Semmai dovessi vendere/acquistare un immobile, sicuramente sarà la prima scelta. Da consigliare sicuramente.
Excellent experience, from the beginning it was possible to have quick contacts with the real estate agent, Chiara in my case, who was always available for visits and for information at any time of the day, every day including weekends.
I was able to be followed step by step from the visit of the property (obviously), up to the deed (which is not due). It was an experience without hitches, especially thanks to Chiara who, despite the hesitation for the first experience of buying a home, was able to provide all the reassurance to conclude everything in the best possible way.
If you ever have to sell / buy a property, it will certainly be the first choice. Definitely to be recommended.
