โ โ โ โ โ Ho disdetto una polizza auto e al momento della disdetta tutto bene e gentili.
Una volta disdetta ho avuto bisogno in quanto ci son stati problemi con delle rate e continuavano a dire che loro non potevano aiutarmi e non ne sapevano nulla e mi rimbalzavano al servizio clienti.
Il servizio clienti mi rimanda a loro e una signora, per mail, rispondendo in modo scocciante, mi liquida senza tante spiegazioni.
Economica ma non vi auguro mai succedano casini, soprattutto se ti addebitano rate di troppo.
I canceled a car policy and at the time of cancellation everything was fine and kind.
Once I canceled I needed it as there were problems with the installments and they kept saying that they couldn't help me and they didn't know anything and they bounced me to customer service.
The customer service refers me to them and a lady, by email, replying in an annoying way, liquidates me without much explanation.
Cheap but I never wish you could get into trouble, especially if they charge you too many installments.
