L'ortopedico mi manda a fare una risonanza magnetica perché L'ESAME CLINICO NON DÁ CERTEZZA della sospetta lesione, mentre le immagini consentirebbero di verificare la situazione effettiva dell'articolazione. Faccio la RM da Fiumara; ottengo delle immagini di scarsa qualità accompagnate dal referto: "Dalle immagini non si evince con certezza la lesione, si consiglia esame clinico"... Uno spreco di tempo, di soldi (150€...) e di chilometri percorsi (venivo appositamente da Messina perché mi avevano parlato bene di questo centro!). Metto 2 stelle anziché 1 perché ho apprezzato il servizio di consegna del referto presso una farmacia messinese. Sad short story. The orthopedist sends me for an MRI scan because THE CLINICAL EXAMINATION DOES NOT GIVE CERTAIN of the suspected injury, while the images would allow to verify the actual situation of the joint. I do the RM from Fiumara; I get poor quality images accompanied by the report: "From the images the lesion is not certain, clinical examination is recommended" ... A waste of time, money (€ 150 ...) and kilometers traveled (I came specifically from Messina because they had spoken highly of this center to me!). I put 2 stars instead of 1 because I appreciated the report delivery service at a Messina pharmacy.

Non è pensabile aspettare 2 ore e mezza per ritirare un referto, e non avere nessuna soddisfazione da parte del personale. La cosa più grave è assistere alla consegna di un esame fatto stamattina e già refertato, mentre il mio fatto due giorni prima non era pronto... Qui mi fermo... Il tutto a pagamento. E non è la prima volta che succede, ma oggi è Stata l ultima... Rude secretaries ... both on the phone and in attendance .. Mi sono trovata sempre abbastanza bene tranne che in un caso, quando ho purtroppo avuto a che fare qualche anno fa con la dott.ssa D'Agostino, per cui sono rimasta abbastanza amareggiata dalla brutta esperienza (pessimo modo di trattarmi durante e dopo un esame delicato, assolutamente inaccettabile da parte di un medico soprattutto se vi è l'ombra di un problema serio). Ci tengo a fare questa recensione ora per due motivi ben precisi: 1) ho trovato cortesia e professionalità sia telefonicamente nel prendere appuntamento che di presenza in struttura; l'attesa in loco rispetto all'orario concordato è stata assolutamente accettabile; 2) la dott.ssa tecnico radiologo che ha eseguito l'esame, giovanissima, è stata garbatissima, super professionale, mi ha subito messa a mio agio, delicata e di grande pazienza; è dotata di grande empatia, per me è un aspetto importantissimo in generale ed imprescindibile per chi svolge la professione medica. Purtroppo non le ho chiesto il nome ma ho eseguito una breve ricerca dello staff della struttura e credo sia la dott.ssa Agnelli, spero di avere azzeccato il nome :) I have been relying on this structure for several years for various exams. I have always found myself quite well except in one case, when I unfortunately had to deal with Dr. D'Agostino a few years ago, so I was quite embittered by the bad experience (bad way to treat myself during and after an exam delicate, absolutely unacceptable by a doctor especially if there is the shadow of a serious problem). I want to do this review now for two very specific reasons: 1) I found courtesy and professionalism both by telephone in making an appointment and by being present in the structure; waiting on site with respect to the agreed time was absolutely acceptable; 2) the radiologist technician who performed the exam, very young, was very polite, super professional, she immediately put me at ease, delicate and very patient; she is gifted with great empathy, for me it is a very important aspect in general and essential for those who carry out the medical profession. Unfortunately I did not ask her name but I did a short search of the staff of the structure and I think it is Dr. Agnelli, I hope I got the name right :)

Ritardo di oltre 3 ore nell’esecuzione dell’esame , scortesia del personale , costo esorbitante per il servizio , nessun colloquio per informazioni sul motivo dell’esame o visione di esami precedenti. Ho dovuto insistere anche per la sanificazione della RMN ….. Ma la cosa più grave è stata apprendere che le mie ernie cervicali e lombari erano magicamente sparite !!!! My experience was bad. Delay of more than 3 hours in the execution of the exam, staff rudeness, exorbitant cost for the service, no interview for information on the reason for the exam or viewing of previous exams. I also had to insist on the sanitization of the MRI… .. But the most serious thing was to learn that my cervical and lumbar hernias had magically disappeared !!!!
D	Daniela Sorbera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immagino che, come per le altre recensioni negative, la risposta sarà che non esistono prenotazioni esami a mio nome ma purtroppo ho avuto il dispiacere reale di dover eseguire degli esami presso questo centro e classificarlo con una stella è doveroso: tempi di attesa biblici, anche due ore di ritardo, nessun controllo del green pass (chiedono a voce se lo si possieda senza verificare con l'apposita app), mi sono state richieste le analisi del sangue per potermi sottoporre all'esame ma non sono state controllate prima di svolgere l'indagine diagnostica, le segretarie sono scortesi sia telefonicamente che di persona e lo stesso vale per l'addetta all'esame, svogliata e infastidita. Il personale è scontroso e manca totalmente di empatia, qualità che dovrebbe sviluppare dal momento che lavora con esseri umani in un ambiente medico. Consiglio all'amministrazione di concentrarsi sui problemi segnalati dalle numerose recensioni negative piuttosto che cercare di nascondere la realtà con goffi tentativi, ritengo infatti che nessuno vada a recensire ambulatori medici senza esserne stato paziente quindi fossi in voi mi preoccuperei di migliorare la struttura e formare adeguatamente il personale, esistono centri migliori presso cui recarsi nella provincia di Messina e ho già sconsigliato ad amici e parenti di prenotare presso il vostro centro. G	Giovanni Granata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I problemi di questo centro sono di due tipi: 1 organizzativo, in quanto ci sono sempre ritardi di almeno un'ora - nella mia esperienza 3.5 ore la prima volta, un'ora e mezza la seconda. 2 Molto peggio, la scortesia del personale che effettua le risonanze. Mancanza totale di empatia e di sensibilità - non sanno cosa sia la gentilezza. Se a questo aggiungiamo che gli esami vengono effettuati con colpevole ritardo si capisce che l'esperienza diventa alquanto sgradevole. In altri centri della provincia, il personale fa di tutto per mettere il paziente a suo agio, il ché, oltre ad essere una qualità umana GRATUITA - la gentilezza- sicuramente serve ad accelerare l'efficienza ed i tempi dell'esame, oltre che la qualità dell'esperienza. Confido che essendoci varie alternative e visti le varie recensioni mediocri, il passaparola negativo avrà nel medio termine un impatto finanziario negativo su questa struttura. Eppure ci vorrebbe davvero poco per cambiare. In other centers of the province, the staff do everything to put the patient at ease, which, in addition to being a FREE human quality - kindness - certainly serves to speed up the efficiency and timing of the examination, as well as quality of experience. I trust that since there are various alternatives and given the various mediocre reviews, negative word of mouth will have a negative financial impact on this structure in the medium term. Yet it would take very little to change.
