Personale e staff medico competente, cortese e professionale. Stamani ho fatto la mia prima risonanza, la persona che mi ha seguito mi ha messo a mio agio, nonostante volessi fuggire, e tranquillizzato. Sono riuscita a farla. Dottore arrogantino, è vero che io ho rifiutato la seduzione cosciente ma lui non è stato in grado di gestire la situazione , secondo me incompetente e mancante di sensibilità per rassicurare i pazienti, questo anche l infermiera. f	franco poggi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Effettuati 2 esami RM a pagamento il 2 sett, referto da ritirare il 7 sett. Al ritiro dei referti mi accorgo che un solo esame è refertato. Il 9 set chiamo al centralino (attesa ) espongo il disservizio, giustificazione che non regge, garantiscono che per venerdì 10 sett mi verrà spedito con mail anche l'altro esame, se dovessero esserci problemi mi avrebbero chiamato. Venerdì aspetto fino alle 16:30 non avendo ricevuto nulla provo a chiamare il centralino, inutile, ......richiamare più tardi. Richiamo alle 16:59, risposta: " gli uffici sono chiusi" . Splendido servizio complimenti !!!!! La valutazione del referto da prospettare allo specialista può aspettare. Qui non si tratta di sanità pubblica ma privata che ho pagato profumatamente. Friday I wait until 16:30 having received nothing, I try to call the switchboard, useless, ...... call back later. Call back at 16:59, answer: "the offices are closed". Wonderful service congratulations !!!!! The evaluation of the report to be presented to the specialist can wait. This is not about public health but private health that I paid handsomely. a	attilio de marco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a questo centro diagnostico perché vicino casa, non sapendo che il pagamento del ticket non è possibile on/line (tranne che con bonifico bancario) e comunque senza poter avere al momento nessuna ricevuta del pagamento effettuato (unico modo è contattare l'urp) perdendo in questo modo tutti i vantaggi legati alla vicinanza del centro e degli sgravi fiscali. Il personale medico del centro è stato molto gentile, peccato che non possa dire la stessa cosa del personale dell'ufficio informazioni al quale mi sono rivolto per chiedere chiarimenti. Tornata a casa,mi sono accorta che mi avevano lasciato addirittura l' ago in vena ? ho dovuto toglierlo da sola...mai più tornerò in questo istituto,ho trovato poca professionalità e da parte di questo medico molta impazienza e arroganza! Certi esami così particolari,andrebbero fatti eseguire da persone più umane, grazie a mai più! Yesterday afternoon I performed a colonoscopy in conscious sedation, I felt terrible, "done 4 more times at the Stefano's hospital, never happened" arrogant and insensitive doctor !!!
