★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesi. Truffatori. Scorbutici. Ho acquistato una presa telefonica per 13.50€. La presa non era adatta per la fibra ottica. Incompetenti e presuntuosi. Ritorno al negozio e un addetto mi dice che quelle prese sono 3.50€. Allora chiedo come mai mi sono state vendute a 10€ in più. La risposta è stata: "è stato un errore nostro. Ma non possiamo restituire i soldi né annullare lo scontrino". Vado dalla Guardia di Finanza a denunciare l'accaduto, mi dicono che invece lo scontrino è sempre annullabile. Basta torno al negozio e mi dicono che devo per forza comprare qualcosa per riscuotere il buono. Ho aspettato qualcuno che dovesse spendere almeno 13,50€.
VERGOGNA!
Rude. Scammers. Grumpy. I purchased a phone jack for 13.50 €. The socket was not suitable for the optical fiber. Incompetent and presumptuous. Returning to the store and an attendant tells me that those outlets are € 3.50. So I ask why they sold me for 10 € more. The answer was: "it was our mistake. But we cannot return the money or cancel the receipt". I go to the Guardia di Finanza to report the incident, they tell me that the receipt is always void. I just go back to the shop and they tell me that I have to buy something to collect the voucher. I waited for someone to spend at least € 13.50.
SHAME!
