★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboratorio di riparazione orologi gestito dal titolare con buona professionalità con sistema computerizzato di archiviazione clienti, essendo uno dei pochi su ostia i tempi d'attesa sono piuttosto lunghi nell'ordine di un mese se la riparazione richiede la ricerca e sostituzione di parti di ricambio; generalmente si lascia l'orologio per il preventivo di spesa e si viene successivamente ricontattati per la decisione di effettuare o meno la riparazione in rapporto al costo/valore dell'oggetto; al compimento della riparazione il titolare ricontatta il cliente. Nel complesso un onesto laboratorio in cui si viene trattati con cortesia e professionalità.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato per avere info sulla sistemazione di un orologio che non è ne un Rolex ne un Omega, però sentirsi rispondere che 1. non effettuano la lucidatura di un orologio se non fanno anche il movimento; 2. se non è un "orologio di livello" non lo prendono neanche in considerazione; basta ed avanza per farsi un'idea. E' logico che la revisione di un automatico di marca può costare tranquillamente 300 euro, mentre invece la sostituzione di un ETA al quarzo rotto, ad esempio un 955.412, circa 50 euro + la manodopera. Ognuno è libero di lavorare come meglio crede.
Significa che mi rivolgerò da un'altra parte.
