★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al prodotto offerto, di ottima qualità, non corrisponde affatto l' assistenza post vendita né la manutenzione del prodotto. I vetri installati sono risultati difettosi: molti si sono macchiati , in altri penetra all'interno il vetril usato usato per pulire di cui resta il rivolo arrurro all'interno. Non so quante telefonate e contatti siano intercorsi tra noi per poter, dopo più di 5 anni dall' istallazione, finalmente vedere cambiati alcuni la maggior parte dei vetri difettosi. Ora si sono macchiati anche altri , ma nessuno risponde. Eppure nella pubblicità si garantisce assistenza post vendita. Per non parlare della manutenzione: dopo un anno che mi era stata promessa, ancora sto aspettando.
The product offered, of excellent quality, does not correspond in any way to post-sales assistance or product maintenance. The installed glass was found to be defective: many were stained, in others the glass used for cleaning penetrates inside, the rivulet of which remains stuck inside. I don't know how many calls and contacts have taken place between us in order to be able to finally see some of the defective glasses changed after more than 5 years from the installation. Now others have been stained, but nobody answers. Yet after-sales advertising is guaranteed. Not to mention the maintenance: after a year that was promised me, I'm still waiting.

Ho sempre riscontrato massima professionalità, puntualità nelle consegne ed ovviamente dei prodotti di alto livello e di ottima fattura al giusto prezzo; resto sempre piacevolmente colpito dalla capacità di affrontare temi sempre nuovi e di cimentarsi in nuove sfide costruttive, accontentando le richieste sia mie (come architetto) che della committenza. I have involved the Di Betta company in various works (new constructions and / or renovations of existing buildings) both for the construction of the wooden window frames and for the supply and installation of furniture made to my design. I have always found maximum professionalism, punctuality in deliveries and of course high-level and well-made products at the right price; I am always pleasantly impressed by the ability to deal with ever new topics and to try new construction challenges, satisfying both my requests (as an architect) and those of the client. I would certainly recommend it
