 I don't know if I was lucky but for me everything was perfect! Packages delivered in excellent condition, despite coming from Germany, and on schedule! Very kind and helpful courier and professional assistance, always ready to give all the requested explanations. More than satisfied! Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Загружать и выгружать часто приходится самому водителю. Заезд довольно узкий, а самое главное отсутствуют какие-то указатели, по которым можно было бы сориентироваться!!! Расположен за зданием самого аэропорта, поэтому если не знать куда ехать, то создаётся впечатление, что навигатор завёл не туда и сейчас ты заедешь прямо на пассажирский терминал, но это не так))) Поэтому перед тем как ехать - хорошо изучите карту и разберитесь как именно проехать!!!
Туалета на самом DHL нет. На территории для разгрузки и загрузки помещается не более 2-х грузовиков. Все неудобства немного компенсирует позитивный и приятный в общении персонал)))
Loading and unloading is often the responsibility of the driver himself. The check-in is rather narrow, and most importantly, there are no signs by which one could orient oneself!!! It is located behind the building of the airport itself, so if you don’t know where to go, then it seems that the navigator has taken you in the wrong direction and now you will go straight to the passenger terminal, but this is not so))) Therefore, before you go, study the map well and figure out how just drive through!!!
There is no toilet on DHL itself. No more than 2 trucks are placed on the territory for unloading and loading. All the inconveniences are slightly compensated by the positive and pleasant staff in communication)))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I experienced the worst customer service ever with DHL. I sent 2 bags full of clothes from Australia with copy of very personal documents that have been lost. I received 3 emails from 3 different Venices DHL staff asking to double check my identity; regardless it was all done after the first one I still was asking the documents were already forwarded. Still my bags are seized and after 2 weeks and $900 I think I will never get my bags at the destination. For 20 kgs of clothes? PLEASE let somebody do the job on your behalf since you are not far too capable at all. Very very disappinted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why do you state that the office is opened from 9-20 on Saturday when nobody is there? In addition nobody mentioned the lunch break from 13:00-14:30 that you can see only on the piece of paper hanging on the door. I spent so much time and energy to get there from Venice. As a result I couldn't send my package. I've used DHL service in different parts of world but such a horrible communication and service I met only in Italy.
