★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impuntuntualita al primo luogo, mancanza di rispetto verso i clienti perché nella premura di ricevere consegne mi ha fatto perdere più di un'ora del mio tempo senza mostrare nessuna professionalità perché impegnata a ricevere varie consegne senza rispettare che ero in coda. Non penso tornare mai più in questo negozio e lo sconsiglio vivamente perché si rischia solo di perdere il tempo inutilmente. Credo che un negozio deva avere rispetto per i suoi clienti siccome i clienti devono mostrare rispetto verso il negozio purtroppo io non ho riscontrato nulla di questo
In the first place, lack of respect towards customers because in the rush to receive deliveries it made me waste more than an hour of my time without showing any professionalism because I was busy receiving various deliveries without respecting that I was in the queue. I don't think going back to this shop ever again and I strongly advise against it because you only risk wasting time in vain. I believe that a shop must have respect for its customers as customers must show respect towards the shop unfortunately I have not encountered any of this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha fatto difficolta' per accettare i resi,mi ha detto perche' non li ha ritirati Amazon?.alla fine ha preso solo 1 reso invece di 2,adducendo come scusa che il codice amazon che avevo non era ancora attivo,cosa non vera peche' amazon li rende subito operativi.non andateci in quel posto.
He had a hard time accepting the returns, he told me why didn't Amazon pick them up?. In the end he only took 1 return instead of 2, citing as an excuse that the amazon code I had was not yet active, which is not true. 'amazon makes them operational right away.Don't go to that place.
