Com'è possibile ?! Il numero di telefono non squilla nemmeno, l'assistenza clienti sono degli sfaticati e bugiardi.

They are criminals, my goods took 48 hours to arrive from Northern Germany and once arrived at the DHL headquarters 10 km from the destination it has been standing for 3 days!
How is it possible ?! The phone number doesn't even ring, customer support is lazy and liars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spedizione che deve arrivare da più di una settimana dalla Germania che risulta consegnata (a chi non è dato sapersi visto che la spedizione la paga il mittente). Stessa cosa successa ad Agosto! Complimenti per la qualità del servizio!
Shipment that must arrive more than a week ago from Germany which is delivered (to whom is not given to know since the shipment is paid by the sender). Same thing happened in August! Congratulations on the quality of the service!

SONO SEMPLICEMENTE IMBARAZZANTI E NON TI CONTATTANO QUANDO FANNO LA CONSEGNA. QUANDO POI CONSEGNANO, SE LA MERCE HA L'INVOLUCRO ROTTO, MOSTRANO RESISTENZE NEL DIRITTO DI FIRMARE CON RISERVA. MEGLIO SPEDIRE CON UN PICCIONE VIAGGIATORE PIUTTOSTO CHE CON QUESTI SCAPPATI DI CASA!
THEY DO NOT EXIST: THEY DO NOT GIVE FEEDBACK TO THE CALL CENTER. THEY DO NOT HAVE AN ADEQUATE HOLIDAY PLAN WITH THE COMPANY NEEDS.
THEY ARE SIMPLY EMBARASSING AND DO NOT CONTACT YOU WHEN THEY MAKE THE DELIVERY. WHEN THEY DELIVER THEN, IF THE GOODS HAS A BROKEN PACKAGE, THEY SHOW RESISTANCE TO THE RIGHT TO SIGN WITH RESERVE. BETTER SHIPPING WITH A TRAVELING PIGEON THAN WITH THESE RUNS FROM HOME!

Ma non sembra si riesca a parlare con nessuno....
Io non ho parole. In attesa di riscontro si perdono giornate di lavoro...
Ma non sembra ciò importi molto
