Ogni giorno promettono la consegna che non arriva mai.
Oggi a distanza di 72 ore mi sto organizzando per andare a ritirare di persona.
Saranno prese azioni legali per ogni danno arrecato alla merce.
Malfattori.
After 3 days the goods are still in storage
Every day they promise delivery that never arrives.
Today, 72 hours later, I'm organizing to go and collect in person.
Legal action will be taken for any damage caused to the goods.

1-essere avvisato mezzora prima della consegna
2-non dover aiutare a trasportare pacco pesante (45kg) perchè ho problemi alla schiena
1- NON sono stato avvisato, ma solo quando il corriere era gia arrivato
2- si è presentata una sola persona (peraltro senza montacarichi o carrello) e ho dovuto aiutare io , con conseguenti dolori il giorno successivo.

Two things I had requested, by telephone
1- be notified half an hour before delivery
2-not having to help carry a heavy package (45kg) because I have back problems
1- I was NOT warned, but only when the courier had already arrived
2- only one person showed up (however without a hoist or trolley) and I had to help myself, resulting in pain the next day.
