No local phone number, making 199 after a while the line drops. You are unable to inquire about the delivery time. It is not functional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In genere puntuali, ma non guasterebbe un po di buonsenso in alcuni vettori; almeno in quello che ha effettuato la consegna ad una attività commerciale alle 14:30 facendola slittare al giorno seguente. Questa è superficialità nel proprio lavoro.
Typically punctual, but some common sense wouldn't hurt; at least in the one that made the delivery to a business at 14:30 by sliding it to the next day. This is superficiality in one's work.

Sono molto amareggiata perché oggi dovevano ritirare un pacco molto importante; non solo non sono mai passati, ma quando li ho chiamati per avere informazioni mi hanno detto di essere venuti alle 14:09... avrei alcune cose da dire a questi signori:
1) credete che la gente giochi e che non abbia altri impegni? Non solo ho perso una giornata intera dentro casa ad aspettarvi, ma dite anche bugie del genere..
2) se è vero che siete passati, anche se non è X nnt così, non si lascia un bigliettino con scritto mancato ritiro o cose simili???
3) io vi ho lasciato due recapiti telefonici di cui 1 fisso ed 1 mobile. Nel caso fosse venuti non potevate chiamarmi ed accertarvi della veridicità di quanto affermavate?
I believe that this company does not know what seriousness is. I am very bitter because today they had to pick up a very important package; not only have they never passed, but when I called them for information they told me they came at 2.09pm ... I would have some things to say to these gentlemen:
1) Do you believe that people play and have no other commitments? Not only have I lost a whole day inside the house waiting for you, but you also tell lies like that ..
2) if it is true that you have passed, even if it is not X nnt like this, do you leave a note with written non-withdrawal or similar things ???
3) I have left you two telephone numbers including 1 landline and 1 mobile. In case you came, could you not call me and ascertain the truth of what you were saying?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filiale a dir poco fantastica, operatori veloci e disponibili, non fanno tanti giri di parole e se hai bisogno di andare di persona, ti trovano e consegnano il pacco. Gli incaricati delle consegne in zona Taranto città sono sbalorditivi, sempre puntualissimi in ritiri e consegne, persone garbate e professionali.
Branch to say the least fantastic, fast and helpful operators, they do not mince words and if you need to go in person, they will find you and deliver the package. The people in charge of deliveries in the Taranto city area are amazing, always punctual in pick-ups and deliveries, polite and professional people.
