Un pacco arrivato in filiale almeno una settimana fa che ancora non consegnano, provo a chiamare e rispondono dopo secoli ed ovviamente non riuscendo a fornirmi informazioni valide, soltanto giustificazioni inutili. Pensare che tutti gli altri corrieri sono gentilissimi e celeri. Disastrous experience !!! A parcel arrived at the branch at least a week ago that still does not deliver, I try to call and answer after centuries and obviously failing to provide me with valid information, only useless justifications. To think that all the other couriers are very kind and fast.

Attendevamo un divano con data certa, sono arrivatr 4 mail di conferma , prendiamo un giorno di ferie per quella data e nel tardo pomeriggio mi arriva una mail che mi avvisa che il divano lo consegnano il giorno dopo.Dopo essere stata tutto il giorno in casa ad attendere e contattati telefonicamente protendevano anche di avere ragione!! Azienda pessima If you could, I'd put less than one star. Total disorganization !! We were waiting for a sofa with a certain date, I received 4 confirmation emails, we take a day off for that date and in the late afternoon I get an email informing me that the sofa will be delivered the next day. to wait and contacted by telephone they also stretched to be right !! Bad company

Un pacco che teoricamente doveva essere consegnato un venerdì mi arriva la settimana dopo. Complimenti. Non potevate assumere personale più scarso. :) I believe that a two-year-old child has more skills than these poracci who work in the Taranto branch. A package that was supposed to be delivered on a Friday arrives the following week. Well done. You couldn't hire more staff. :)
R	Roberto Calise on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che tristezza,mi chiedo se questo "corriere"se così si può chiamare funziona così male solo a Taranto. Dovevo ricevere un pacco la scorsa settimana....e ancora aspetto nn ostante abbia chiamato x sapere e nn ostante mi sia stato detto che il pacco era in consegna.... credo che mi farò trenta km andata e ritorno e andrò di persona a ritirarlo. Dopo di che spero che un missile russo fuori controllo cada x sbaglio sul capannone della filiale e AMEN. How sad, I wonder if this "courier", if you can call it that, works so badly only in Taranto. I had to receive a package last week .... and I still wait even though I called x to know and nevertheless I was told that the package was being delivered .... I think I will do thirty km there and back and I will go in person to withdraw it. After that I hope a runaway Russian missile crashes into the branch shed and AMEN.
S	Sghinghi # on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bartolini il peggio del peggio. Sono sempre in ritardo con le consegne, non rispondono mai al telefono, ti vincolano le giornate ad aspettarli e poi non passano. Oggi per una consegna, che doveva essere fatta ieri con tanto di orario prestabilito, hanno telefonato ma siccome non abbiamo risposto perché momentaneamente impegnati a fare altro hanno rimandato la consegna al pomeriggio. Direi che non c'è altro da aggiungere, spero soltanto che al prossimo acquisto online l'azienda non si affidi a questo corriere. Bartolini the worst of the worst. They are always late with deliveries, they never answer the phone, they bind your days to wait for them and then they never pass. Today for a delivery, which had to be made yesterday with a set time, they phoned but as we did not answer because they were temporarily busy doing something else, they postponed the delivery to the afternoon. I would say that there is nothing else to add, I just hope that the next online purchase the company does not rely on this courier.

I	Irene Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They claim the address is incomplete and I have asked that the driver called when he got to the town, so that we could meet him. Stayed at home and waited three days. Still no call and each day, the parcel is returned to the depot. Poor service!
A	Alisa Cortez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they don't pick up/deliver pakages lying that they came but nobody was home. Also, once they picked up a package but never delivered it. It was a return and I lost my money because I couldn't prove that the package had been picked up (they didn't sign anything when they took the package). BRT says the package hasn't been picked up, but it has - I clearly remember handing it to the courier.
