D	Diego Tesauro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni volta che ho a che fare con corriere BRT ho sempre un problema o sulla consegna o su avvisi , come è successo oggi quando dovevo ricevere un pacco. Immagino che per problema Covid non dobbiate stare vicini ma abbandonare il pacco senza avvisare e senza aspettare che il cliente scenda per la consegna e scoprire che poi nella buca da lettere c'è l'oggetto . Whenever I deal with BRT courier I always have a problem either on the delivery or on notices, as happened today when I had to receive a package. I imagine that for Covid problem you do not have to stay close but abandon the package without notifying and without waiting for the customer to go down for delivery and discover that then in the letterbox there is the object.

S	Supremo Gatto (Icecat) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace non si possa valutare con zero stelle perchè è questo quello che vale la Bartolini, ossia zero assoluto, molto meglio affidarsi a corrieri della concorrenza come gls o sda. Solo con brt mi è successo che il corriere non mi consegna il pacco nel giorno previsto e comunica nelle filiale di appartenenza: " mancata consegna poichè il destinatario assente o irreperibile". State alla larga da questi corrieri, solo due parole per descriverli : incapaci e falsi. I'm sorry we can't evaluate it with zero stars because this is what Bartolini is worth, that is absolute zero, much better to rely on competitive couriers such as gls or sda. Only with brt has it happened to me that the courier does not deliver the package to me on the scheduled day and communicates in the branch to which it belongs: "non-delivery because the recipient is absent or untraceable". Stay away from these couriers, just two words to describe them: clueless and fake.

Gentilmente ha aspettato a fondo scala che arrivassi a ritirarlo, visto che non sono stato celere a scendere 3 piani. Nell'andarsene educatamente m'ha salutato e ringraziato, persona affidabile e disponibile al contrario di un suo college del SDA. Today the courier delivered the package I had ordered with punctuality and education. He kindly waited at full scale for me to collect it, since I was not quick to go down 3 floors. As he politely left, he greeted and thanked me, a reliable and helpful person as opposed to one of his colleges at the SDA.

Maybe you have to go to deliver the package or even call if you can't find the house, in a place where there are 3 houses on the cross.

S	Samantha Fiori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è possibile che ogni volta che mi deve arrivare un pacco al venerdì, casuale non arriva,capisco che a fine settimana i ragazzi sono stanchi e non vedono l'ora di arrivare a casa,ma venerdì mi doveva errivaredella roba x la casa, sabato mattina doveva venire l'operaio a montarmeli e nulla,alle 17 circa mi arriva il messaggio dove mi viene detto,CI SPIACE LA MERCE È IN RITARDO,SE NON ARRIVA ENTRO IL 16/03. CI CONTATTI CHE PROVVEDEREMO AL RIMBORSO....ma non mi interessa il rimborso,ho acquistato a fine febbraio e sono complementi che mi servono.Compro molto su Amazon, specialmente ora che sto ristrutturando casa,e solo con BARTOLINI ho problemi ???mi spiace che sono obbligata a fare una stella,perché non se ne merita neanche una!!!!! Spero che queste recensioni siano lette da chi di dovere e si possano prendere provvedimenti. It is not possible that every time I have a package to arrive on Friday, random does not arrive, I understand that at the weekend the boys are tired and can not wait to get home, but Friday I had to err on the stuff for the house, Saturday morning the worker had to come to assemble them and nothing, at about 5 pm I get the message where I am told, WE SORRY THE GOODS IS DELAYED, IF IT DOES NOT ARRIVE BY 16/03. CONTACT US AND WE WILL REFUND .... but I don't care about the refund, I bought at the end of February and they are accessories I need. I buy a lot on Amazon, especially now that I'm renovating the house, and only with BARTOLINI I have problems ??? I am sorry that I am obliged to make a star, because it does not deserve even one !!!!! I hope these reviews are read by the right people and action can be taken.
