El correo ni se molesto en entrar o en scanear wl codigo de la etiqueta para llamar por telefono. Volvieron al otro dia sin programar hora y de nuevo nada. Tuve que hacer 25 km para recoger mi paquete. Dicenñ BRT que la culpa es de Jolie que compiló mal los datos. BRT muy ineficiente, con corrieres mal capacitados. No lo recomiendo 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts from Jolie. The 1st day I waited at the scheduled time with the door open. The mail didn't even bother to get in or scan the tag code to make a phone call. They returned the next day without scheduling an hour and again nothing. I had to do 25 km to collect my package. They say BRT is to blame for Jolie who compiled the data wrong. Very inefficient BRT, with poorly trained runners. I do not recommend it
D	Dario Perrone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenoto un ritiro previsto per il giorno successivo e dopo una settimana mi ritrovo sempre il pacco tra i piedi. Pazienza, può capitare. Riprenoto il ritiro e dopo una decina di giorni il pacco è sempre lì. Dagli uffici la risposta è sempre "passeremo domani" ma non accadrà mai. Prenoto con altro corriere ed il giorno dopo il pacco è partito. I corrieri sono molto professionali e disponibili, è chiaro che il problema sta negli uffici. Se avete urgenza o necessitate di precisione rivolgetevi ad altri. I book a collection scheduled for the next day and after a week I always find the package at my feet. Patience, it can happen. I rebook the collection and after about ten days the package is still there. From the offices the answer is always "we will pass tomorrow" but it will never happen. I book with another courier and the next day the package has left. The couriers are very professional and helpful, it is clear that the problem lies in the offices. If you have urgency or need precision, contact others.

Dicono avviso lasciato due giorni sempre alle 14.25 strano perché qui non è passato nessuno! Spero che si organizzino che con la filiale di Bra ci sono sempre problemi! The package after two attempts was not delivered to me after waiting at home all day. They say notice left two days always at 14.25 strange because nobody has passed here! I hope they organize that with the Bra branch there are always problems!

Per tre volte consecutive mi è arrivato l'avviso di mancata consegna con la motivazione di destinatario irreperibile, mentre ero sempre in casa, compresi i miei genitori. Evidentemente il corriere non aveva voglia di lavorare ed è stato molto più semplice dichiarare di non avermi trovato. È vergognoso! I'm sorry but I can only express a very bad opinion. Three consecutive times I received the non-delivery notice with the motivation of untraceable recipient, while I was always at home, including my parents. Evidently the courier did not want to work and it was much easier to declare that he had not found me. It is shameful!
R	Riccardo Marello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ peggior corriere e succursale con la quale abbia mai avuto a che fare. due esperienze ed entrambe negative: -dicembre 2020, ordine effettuato durante il black friday su douglas, il pacco arriva svuotato (dal corriere o da chi smista i pacchetti), contenuto rubato -oggi 16/03/2022, ordino del materiale che dovrebbe arrivare il 14, posticipato al 15 e in fine ad oggi 16/03..il corriere non mi telefona e non citofona al mio vicino come indicato sull'etichetta, mette l'avviso e se ne va. provate a chiamare la sede di bra e nessuno risponde. servizio vergognosamente scadente e inaffidabile. worst courier and branch I have ever dealt with. two experiences and both negative: -december 2020, order placed during black friday on douglas, the package arrives emptied (by the courier or by whoever sorts the packages), content stolen - today 16/03/2022, I order some material that should arrive on the 14th, postponed to the 15th and finally today 16/03..the courier does not call me and does not intercom to my neighbor as indicated on the label, he puts the notice and goes away. try to call the headquarters of bra and no one answers. shamefully poor and unreliable service.

They do not provide a service, they are unbelievably lazy and incapable of doing something as simple as delivering a package, which was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago but I am now informed might be delivered on Monday or Tuesday. Their latest lie is that they don’t serve my area every day, yet just a few months ago they delivered on consecutive days. This is quite simply, incompetence by incapable management who don’t have a clue about resourcing during holiday season and don’t give a damn about customer service or satisfaction. They even fob off a large multinational like Amazon with caring one bit. Utter garbage, do not use this dreadful company!
