★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri mi sono recato in questo negozio alle 12.10 per consegnare un reso; la porta d'ingresso era chiusa, ma all'interno c'era il cagnolino del proprietario. Bene. Sono stato fuori più di 20 minuti con altri 2 clienti che attendevamo invano che qualcuno ci aprisse, IN ORARIO DI ESERCIZIO!
Nel frattempo era sopraggiunto un corriere DHL che doveva consegnare al negozio 1 o 2 pacchi, trovandoci fuori ha chiamato per 2 volte il titolare del negozio, senza ricevere risposta, sconsolato e bestemmiando, il corriere è risalito sul furgone e ha continuato il suo giro, sapenso che sarebbe dovuto tornare nel pomeriggio.
Sarà capitato qualcosa, ho pensato...
Stamattina, pago di nuovo il posteggio, arrivo alle 8.50 e ci rimango fino alle 9.15 ma il negozio è ancora chiuso e non si vede nessuno.
Il negozio DOVREBBE aprire alle 9.00 e chiudere alle 13, come da indicazioni su internet. Ho perso 50 minuti della mia vita per 30 secondi di consegna del pacchetto. In passato mi ero già affidato a questo esercizio per la riconsegna dei pacchi e il tizio che ci lavora sa come fare il suo lavoro, ma è irrispettoso del tempo altrui!!!!
Yesterday I went to this shop at 12.10 to deliver a return; the front door was closed, but inside was the owner's dog. Good. I have been out for more than 20 minutes with 2 other customers who were waiting in vain for someone to open us, DURING WORKING HOURS!
In the meantime, a DHL courier had arrived who had to deliver 1 or 2 packages to the shop, finding us outside he called the shop owner twice, without receiving an answer, dejected and cursing, the courier got back into the van and continued his tour, I know he should have returned in the afternoon.
Something will have happened, I thought ...
This morning, I pay for the parking again, arrive at 8.50 am and stay there until 9.15 am but the shop is still closed and no one is to be seen.
The shop SHOULD open at 9am and close at 1pm, as indicated on the internet. I lost 50 minutes of my life for 30 seconds of package delivery. In the past I had already relied on this exercise for the return of packages and the guy who works there knows how to do his job, but he is disrespectful of other people's time !!!!

Avendo un problema di reso con due pacchetti, mi ha aiutato dandomi indicazioni precise per come dovevo gestire io problema . Che dire, grazie Riccardo per la tua pazienza ,ma soprattutto per la tua gentilezza e professionalità.
Today, I went to this small shop, DHL in via Dandolo, Varese. Ricardo, the gentleman who works there, was very kind and professional. Having a return problem with two packages, he helped me by giving me precise directions as to how I should handle the problem. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered my product and they are 30 days late to deliver. Tried to reach out in email and phonecall only to be told "delays are expected" and I should contact the original sender. Original sender contacted DHL and the said "there is a problem with the address," but the address has no errors, it is correct. I don't know what to do, they now have 2 of my parcels, the original and a re-sent package from the original sender. My emails are getting ignored and when I phoned I got a generic response. I'm not Italian but my partner and his family are, they have tried to reach out and call them but we have no resolution. Very frustrating service - especially for a parcel with the correct address.
