La risposta dell'operatore della sezione di Varese: "Cosa pensa, che da noi ne trova una meno cara? È incredibile! Facciamo che da noi costa 35 euro." ALLIBITO. Chi non è in grado di fare front office/customer care vada a fare pacchi lontano dal pubblico. Buona fortuna, ne avrete MOLTO bisogno. Horrendous experience. Senza attendere il primo tentativo di recapito lo staff si è dato subito da fare, con estrema cura e comprensione, e il plico è arrivato nei tempi prospettati, senza disguidi (e senza farmi fare figure...) al destinatario. Availability and friendliness I have urgently sent work documents abroad via MBE 052 and I have made a mistake in filling in the recipient's address.
