★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho praticato in tante scuole di Brescia ma Dharmika è in assoluto la migliore. Il metodo di insegnamento di Mila e delle altre insegnanti è divertente e dinamico, ma per una cosa su tutte la consiglio: le indicazioni sulle asana sono molto precise. Inoltre le lezioni sono varie e il lavoro sul corpo è completo.
E poi a scuola c'è un ambiente accogliente e una luce bellissima che entra dai finestroni che rende ogni ora passata lì...preziosa.
I have practiced in many schools in Brescia but Dharmika is by far the best. The method of teaching of Mila and the other teachers is fun and dynamic, but for one thing I recommend it all: the indications on the asanas are very precise. Furthermore the lessons are varied and the body work is complete.
And then at school there is a welcoming environment and a beautiful light that comes in from the windows that makes every hour spent there ... precious.
