β β β β β Sono iscritto alla palestra da circa 2 anni, quando era sotto un altro brand, ma i proprietari non sono cambiati e questo mi ha fatto ben sperare. Luca e Pietro sono persone gentili, professionali, sempre pronte ad aiutare e a dare consigli anche a un marmittone ocme me che fa ginnastica nella vana speranza di dimagrire.
La palestra a mio parere risulta ben attrezzata, con spazi divisi tra pesi e macchine da allenamento. Hanno molti tapis roulant e alcune cyclette e altro per il riscaldamento. Esiste una sala corsi, ora ovviamente bloccata causa Covid-19, ma quando c'erano erano sempre molto seguiti e apparentemente divertenti, dalla classica zumba a cose piΓΉ "specialistiche". che uno sia un atleta che cerca di mettere su massa sul secondo muscolo a destra o che sia alle prime armi, mi sento di consigliarla. Il clima Γ¨ molto tranquillo "easy" come si dice, ma non per quello meno professionale o orientato alla sicurezza. Attualmente ci sono ingressi contingentati, obbligo di pulire gli attrezzi appena finito, uso di guanti almeno da palestra e di mascherina quando on si fanno gli esercizi.
L'apertura prolungata facilita chi come me ha degli orari un po' sballati.
I have been enrolled in the gym for about 2 years, when it was under another brand, but the owners have not changed and this has given me hope. Luca and Pietro are kind, professional people, always ready to help and give advice even to a bad boy who does gymnastics in the vain hope of losing weight.
The gym in my opinion is well equipped, with spaces divided between weights and training machines. They have many treadmills and some exercise bikes and more for heating. There is a training room, now obviously blocked due to Covid-19, but when they were there they were always very popular and apparently funny, from the classic zumba to more "specialist" things. that one is an athlete who tries to put mass on the second muscle on the right or who is a beginner, I would recommend it. The climate is very quiet "easy" as they say, but not for the less professional or safety-oriented one. Currently there are limited entrances, the obligation to clean the equipment as soon as it is finished, the use of gloves, at least from the gym and of a mask when doing the exercises.
The prolonged opening facilitates those like me who have times a bit 'high.
