★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio con un discreto assortimento, peccato per la scortesia abbastanza generalizzata. Ho tentativo di avere delle informazioni telefonicamente in merito a un prodotto e a un ordine fatto, tra risposte sgarbate, telefono sbattuto in faccia e poca disponibilità. Menziono in maniera positiva Simone (del reparto sci se non erro) che a differenza di altri colleghi è stato molto cortese.
 Shop with a decent assortment, shame about the rather generalized rudeness. I tried to get information over the phone about a product and an order made, between rude answers, phone slammed in the face and lack of availability. I mention in a positive way Simone (from the ski department if I'm not mistaken) who, unlike other colleagues, was very courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa nel reparto scarpe da running nel negozio di Lissone. Volevo provare due diverse tipologie di scarpa ma il commesso si è posto in modo arrogante e maleducato chiedendomi se conosco la differenza tra una scarpa da gara ed una da allenamento...chiedendomi il passo ecc....mi ha mostrato una scarpa e mi ha detto che per me era sufficiente quella... Premesso che non conosco questa persona e quindi non sa chi ha davanti e poi... é vietato acquistare una scarpa da gara per passeggiare tra le vie del centro????Ma non è finita, poiché non c'era il mio numero mi ha portato da provare un numero in più rispetto a quello richiesto dicendomi che dovrei cercare tra le scarpe da bambino che tanto anche il modello che indossavo era da bambino! Ha lasciato sia me che mio marito senza parole tanto che abbiamo lasciato il resto della roba presa e ce ne siamo andati con la promessa di non metterci più piede. Ho un regalo da spendere ma sicuramente andrò in un altro centro sport specialist. e le scarpe le ho prese poco dopo in una altro negozio sportivo.
Negative experience in the running shoes department in the Lissone store. I wanted to try two different types of shoes but the salesman arrogantly and rudely asked me if I know the difference between a racing shoe and a training shoe ... asking me for the pace etc ... he showed me a shoe and I he said that for me that was enough ... Given that I do not know this person and therefore does not know who is in front of him and then ... it is forbidden to buy a racing shoe to walk through the streets of the center ???? But it's not over, since my number was not there, it led me to try on a number more than the one requested, telling me that I should look for children's shoes that even the model I wore was as a child! It left both my husband and me speechless so much that we left the rest of the stuff and walked away with a promise not to step into it again. I have a gift to spend but I will definitely go to another specialist sports center. and the shoes I bought shortly after in another sports store.

Io personalmente mi fornisco da loro per materiale tecnico ed abbigliamento alpinistico, arrampicata e trekking.
Troverete sempre le migliori marche e tutte le ultime novità.
Certo i prezzi non sono i più bassi sul mercato, ma garantiscono anche un grande supporto al cliente con professionisti pronti a consigliare il minor prodotto per le proprie esigenze ? Grandi Luca ed Alberto del reparto alpinistico ad esempio! ??

VOTE 9: In my opinion, Sport Specialist represents the TOP on everything related to the mountains. ?
I personally supply myself with them for technical material and mountaineering, climbing and trekking clothing.
You will always find the best brands and all the latest news.
Of course the prices are not the lowest on the market, but they also guarantee great customer support with professionals ready to recommend the least product for their needs ? Grandi Luca and Alberto from the mountaineering department for example! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Avendo iniziato da poco a fare arrampicata non sapevo che tipo di attrezzatura comprare stando su un budget limitato. Sono stato accolto da un estrema professionalità, mi è stato spiegato nei minimi dettagli il funzionamento di ciascun accessorio e mi hanno aiutato nell'acquisto dell'attrezzatura facendo particolare attenzione al rapporto qualità-prezzo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo è uno dei tanti negozi in Lombardia di DF Sport Specialist. È abbastanza fornito ma nn è uno dei migliori. Comunque il negozio è bello e discretamente fornito con le marche poi importanti soprattutto x le scarpe sport uomo e donna ed anche x la montagna.
Personale gentile e professionale. Lo consiglio soprattutto x chi cerca cose medie ma con un buon rapporto prezzo/qualità. Grande abbastanza x esporre bene la merce.
This is one of the many DF Sport Specialist stores in Lombardy. It is quite stocked but it is not one of the best. However, the shop is nice and fairly well stocked with important brands, especially for men and women sports shoes and also for the mountains.
Friendly and professional staff. I recommend it especially for those looking for medium things but with a good price / quality ratio. Large enough to display the goods well.
