★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio fornito è stato carente, il personale e il direttore non si sono rivelati interessati nella risoluzione delle mie problematiche. Sono andato in filiale 3 volte a causa di problemi di anagrafica del mio conto, problemi che per settimane non mi hanno permesso di utilizzarlo. Si sono limitati ad eseguire le istruzioni che io gli comunicavo dopo aver parlato con il customer service, senza mai degnarsi di contattare loro per capire le problematiche. Inoltre ho aspettato in filiale diverso tempo a causa delle loro telefonate di carattere personale.
The service provided was lacking, the staff and the manager were not interested in solving my problems. I went to the branch 3 times due to my account mastering problems, problems that for weeks have not allowed me to use it. They limited themselves to carrying out the instructions that I communicated to them after speaking with the customer service, without ever deigning to contact them to understand the problems. I also waited a long time at the branch because of their personal calls.
