In particolare consiglio il fisioterapista Vito Girone è bravissimo, molto preparato, il migliore fisioterapista che abbia mai conosciuto! Excellent physiotherapy center, highly qualified and experienced staff. All very helpful and attentive to the right care of the patients. When a good review happens, you wet your eyes when they are totally negative you give answers that are nothing short of serious you cannot treat people in this way and clearly synonymous with zero professionalism I am referring to the organization for the rest I was not lucky enough to be able to book.

Fermo restando che ci sono stati alcuni medici/dipendenti della struttura estremamente gentili e disponibili, tutto il resto (a partire dall'organizzazione per l'accettazione) faceva letteralmente acqua da tutte le parti. Entrando ho chiesto quale fosse l'iter per la mia necessità e ho ricevuto 3 risposte diverse da tre medici diversi fino all'ultima, inspiegabile, richiesta di attendere fuori in una fila che in realtà non c'era e persone arrivate dopo di me entravano scavalcandomi tranquillamente. Migliorate l'accettazione o almeno, una volta definito un iter, assicuratevi che tutti quelli che lavorano lo conoscano altrimenti ci fate una pessima figura If someone else makes an appointment here for you, then you are forgiven but you have no reason to come here on your own accord. Notwithstanding the fact that there were some doctors / employees of the structure extremely kind and helpful, everything else (starting from the organization for the acceptance) was literally running water on all sides. Upon entering I asked what was the procedure for my need and I received 3 different answers from three different doctors until the last, inexplicable, request to wait outside in a queue that actually wasn't there and people who arrived after me entered climbing over me quietly. Improve acceptance or at least, once a process has been defined, make sure that everyone who works knows it otherwise you make a bad impression

Se selezioni un opzione non attinente , l'operatore NON dirotta la chiamata. Impossible to speak by phone with MEDICA SUD, you can wait even 40 minutes with the automatic responder. Ho aspettato 45 minuti nonostante fossi stato puntualissimo all'appuntamento perchè tutto lo staff si stava godendo il buffet di natale e nessuno si è preoccupato di chi era in sala d'attesa. Professionalità TOP! Unfortunately, 0 stars cannot be placed. Avevo un appuntamento fissato tramite Asl che mi è stato annullato da medica sud il giorno prima, senza possibilità di fissarne un altro. Se chiami anche dopo 50 minuti di attesa non ti risponde nessuno e se vai di persona la maggior parte delle volte la segreteria chiude prima o per cause X è vuota e manca personale.
